Best customer service ever! I sent Mercury a Facebook message on Saturday, as I was worried that my upcoming holiday might get canceled due to the current situation with the Coronavirus. My message was replied to on Sunday and on the same day I got a phone call from a lovely representative, Rhiannon, who was super friendly, understanding and helpful. She helped and advised us in the best possible way and we amended the holiday for a later departure. Fingers crossed things go back to normal soon and we get to enjoy our future holiday! Thank you, Rhiannon and Mercury Holidays, you are great!
Mercury holidays offers great packages, river cuisines, rail trips, short haul, long haul and what not. they have theme-based travel journeys including destinations around the world. I have been to Malta , Greece and so many places.
First time with Mercury Direct. Never again, they must be the worst company out. The only reason they have any good reviews is people who write them, do not have any problems when away. If you find your flight cancelled when you are away, and your hotel closing, then, as we did, you are likely to receive a letter telling you to sort your self out. Mercury do not want to know. Best talk to the other reps in resort who will at least give some help, unlike Mercury. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.
After returning from SriLanka last week I would like to let you know I was not impressed with the Hotel we stayed at the Heritance Ahungalla which we where told was a 4/5 star hotel. the staff and food where ok but as for the overall apperance of the hotel no way would I accept it to be 4/5 star hotel. We where moved to this hotel just weeks before we left the UK because the one we where going to had been down graded well my thought is this one should also be down graded.
