    One-week holiday booking to Majorca

    I went ahead and booked myself a week-long trip to Majorca back in July 2015 with this company. I sorted everything out in January and found that Cosmos had way better prices compared to other travel companies. Sure, they didn't have someone specifically assigned to look after us and show us around the resort, but that didn't bother us at all. We actually enjoyed doing our own thing and planning our activities. Luckily, we didn't face any issues during our holiday and the hotel gave us some great tips about the area. The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was spot on and super efficient. All in all, we had a great time and wouldn't think twice about booking with them again in the future. We even flew with their sister company, Monarch, and everything went smoothly without any hiccups.

    I just bought a flights and hotel deal from an online travel agency and it all went really smoothly. The booking process was quick and easy, and I didn't have any problems with my flights or hotel arrangements. What I liked was that they didn't try to push me into buying extra trips or tours when I got there, unlike some other travel agencies. The emergency info they gave me was useful, and I only had to speak to a rep briefly on the second day of my trip. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this travel agency for their professionalism and stress-free service. Oh, and I also thought the practical rucksack they included in the package was a nice touch.

    I have come to realize that sometimes to go on a holiday tour does not have to force one to break the bank. While some travel agencies and tour operators would want to bill Interested holiday seeker through his/her nose, there are others who do budget-friendly holidays for interested clients which the tourist will still derive true value for his/her money. Cosmos has been the place I have enjoyed all these from without breaking a sweat, but having a nice touring and cruising across countries and continents of the world depending on my need at a time. I definitely enjoy using the services of Cosmos for travel and holiday needs. Kudos to them!!!

    Last minute trip arrangements

    I recently had the pleasure of working with an account executive to arrange a last-minute trip, and I have to say that it was a really enjoyable experience. The account executive was friendly, thorough, and super helpful the whole way through. Their know-how and experience in the industry really shone through, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Plus, the pilots were lovely, knew their stuff, and made the flight a breeze. Everything went according to plan, with both take-off and landing right on time. I'm definitely excited to work with this company again in the future.

    Greek holiday

    Just got back from a DIY holiday in Greece with ENTERAIR - the new airline we tried out. Let me tell you, the planes were pretty old, the staff didn't seem well-trained, and there was total chaos when there was a medical emergency mid-flight. To top it off, the service was just basic, they didn't even give us a voucher at the airport, and there was no one around to help us out. We had to email them to get the details for our transfer and, to make matters worse, they actually forgot about one of the passengers on the way back to the airport. Compared to other airlines we've flown with, this was a complete letdown. Definitely won't be booking with them again.

    If you're after a sure-fire way to waste your money and end up feeling completely frustrated, then steer well clear of this travel company. I thought I was getting a great deal with a package that promised a train ride, accommodation, and sightseeing, but when I got there, it turns out I was left to fend for myself. And to top it off, they actually ripped me off by a massive $200. Trust me, do yourself a favour and don't book anything with them - it's just not worth the hassle.

    Egypt Nile cruise

    My husband and I went on a fantastic Nile cruise through Egypt in March 2011, thanks to a popular travel agency. As one of the first groups to visit Egypt after the conflict, we were lucky to have a quiet and special time exploring historical sites without the usual crowds of tourists. The holiday was absolutely amazing, with stunning views and cultural experiences that we will always remember. However, the evening entertainment was a bit disappointing. But, despite this small issue, the beauty of Egypt and its history more than made up for any flaws.

    Cancelled holiday trip

    My holiday to the West Coast of the USA had to be cancelled because of the virus, unfortunately. Cosmos actually cancelled it well before it was due to go ahead. Luckily, they gave me a full refund within just ten days of the cancellation, which was a huge relief. I've heard that some people are struggling to get refunds for their cancelled trips, but Cosmos seems to have a really good refund policy in place. I have to give them credit for that! When everything goes back to normal, I will definitely consider booking with them again.

    I bought a mini water softener

    I bought a small water softener back in January 2021 and it's been doing a good job. However, I had a bit of a problem with the warranty. I wanted to extend it, but I didn't realise I had to do it within a few weeks. I only found out today that I missed the deadline. They also mentioned that callouts can be quite pricey. So, even though the device is working fine, I can only give them 3 stars. It would be a good idea for them to reach out to customers after they register to remind them about extending the warranty.

    Flight experience

    I recently flew with a particular airline on Saturday and I have to say, I really liked the experience. The service was great, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and the whole journey was lovely and comfortable. However, I heard some sad news this morning about the staff losing their jobs, and it really made me feel for them and their families. It's such a heartbreaking situation, and my thoughts are with them during this tough time. Still, I hope the airline's legacy will carry on in some form.

    Greek vacation

    My recent holiday to Greece, which I booked through a travel agency, had its ups and downs. The destination, hotel, and whole experience were amazing, but there were some problems with the service provided by the agency. Last-minute flight changes messed up our plans, and the flight times were not great, making it hard to enjoy the journey. Plus, the delayed return flight was a hassle for everyone. It was a letdown that Stacey, the rep, wasn't at the welcome meeting, and her lack of communication and support at the airport when we were leaving was very disappointing.

The booking process went smoothly, and I was happy that they gave me all the necessary details like pick-up times, emergency contacts, and optional trips. However, when I got to my hotel, I was pretty let down to see that there was no on-site support as they had promised. Even though they gave me phone numbers to call, no one answered when I tried to get in touch, and that left me feeling pretty frustrated and let down. Luckily, the hotel staff were helpful with my travel plans and questions, but it would have been nice to have the service I was expecting.

    Holiday booking experience

    I recently booked a holiday for me and five friends through a travel agent, and we were really excited for our trip to Morocco. Unfortunately, I got a message in May from the company saying there was a problem with the hotel we had planned to stay at. They suggested another place to stay, but we didn't think it was suitable for us. We tried to explain our concerns, but they didn't seem interested in helping us find a better option. The customer service, especially from the Manchester branch, was not great at all. We had to end up cancelling our booking and asking for our money back. But now, because of the timing, if we want to rebook our holiday, we'll have to pay much more for flights. They might be following their rules, but the way they treated us was really disappointing. I won't be using them again.

    I recently decided to change my flight back from Malaga. At first, the price of £44.00 seemed pretty reasonable, but it soon started adding up once I added seats and luggage to the bill. I really appreciated the good service I received, but it was a bit of a letdown to see all the extra costs.

    I wouldn't recommend booking flights with them! The service was terrible. Me and my family wanted to go away for Christmas, but they changed our flight to a ridiculously early time in the morning. Monarch wouldn't refund us or let us switch to a better flight time. Our entire holiday is ruined now!

    Holiday transfer booking

    My invoice said I would get information about the transfer before my holiday, but I never received anything. I tried calling the company, but nobody answered. I also emailed them a week before my trip to ask about the transfer, but didn't get a response. Everything turned out fine when I got there, but it made me worry unnecessarily. I had to make more calls to confirm my flights and book the transfer, but I struggled to get through on the phone. Luckily, the Aqua hotel in Icemeller was really helpful and helped me book and confirm everything. The 'virtual rep' service was no help at all and seemed to only benefit the company financially, not the tourists. This experience has put me off booking with them again.
