I first spotted these on a mate's hand at a café and I nearly ignored them — looked a bit like those pretty-but-temporary pieces you see everywhere. I was tempted though, and after a bit of faffing I ordered a few to try (mix of cocktail and stacking styles). I was really worried about the gold plating going dull straight away, that was my main hesitation, and I kept thinking "buy cheap, buy twice". Anyway, I gave them a proper run for their money over the last few weeks. Wore them daily, took them off for showers and tried not to slather on hand cream while wearing them, same as I do with my other jewellery. To my surprise they’ve held up well — one of the stacking rings has the smallest dark patch near the underside but a quick polish with a soft cloth fixed it and you hardly notice. The cocktail rings have kept their shine and the stones still sit nicely. Delivery was quick and the packaging felt thoughtful, nothing OTT but neat. I did email customer care with a small question and got a helpful reply within a couple of days, which was reassuring. All in all I’m glad I took a punt — my doubts were mostly put to rest, and I’m pleased with the mix of looks and wearability. Would I buy again? Yes, just going to be a bit careful with creams and heavy gardening days. Happy I gave them a go, and glad my friend waved me over that morning.
Not what I expected, but I still wear it
the turquoise and lapis beads are actually quite pretty and the little gold spacers catch the light nicely. Then I noticed there were no pearls at all, even though the listing said natural pearls — a proper mismatch. I paid £75 so that was a bit of a sting. I emailed the company, no answer by phone, they admitted it was the wrong description and offered what they called 10% off…which was only £5. That felt lame, but the necklace itself is wearable and gets compliments. It’s not perfect — customer service could be better — but I still find myself putting it on when I want something colourful.
Necklace purchase
I recently bought a necklace and was disappointed with the quality. The price I paid was higher than the quality I got. I should have read reviews before buying it. Also, I found out there's a £3 handling fee for refunds, which seemed unfair. I regret buying from this retailer and recommend others to be cautious.
Necklace and earrings for my girlfriend
I recently bought a necklace and earrings for my girlfriend, and I have to say, she absolutely loved them. Ordering them was really easy, and they arrived pretty quickly. The quality of the jewellery was even better than I expected. They weren't just beautiful, but also quite unique, making a lovely addition to my girlfriend's collection. I'm really happy with my purchase, and I'll definitely be coming back for more gifts in the future.
Rings
I bought four rings and they tarnished really fast, even though I was careful with them. They look really cheap now and I'm not happy. Also, the customer service is bad, they only seem to care when you leave a bad review.
No pearls necklace
They were advertising this necklace with natural pearls, turquoise and lapis beads, but guess what? I got it and there were absolutely no pearls in there! I mean, can you believe that? Paid a whopping £75 for it, not exactly pocket change if you ask me. Contacted the company, and apparently, it was a mix-up with a different necklace. Asked for a refund, but all they offered was a measly £5. A whole £5 for a £75 necklace - that's a mere 10% reduction! It's like they can't even do basic maths or care about keeping their customers happy. Seriously, steer clear of this company, so unprofessional!
Necklace purchase
I was really excited to get my necklace, but it's been a bit of a letdown. The website promised my order would arrive in 2 to 3 days, but it's now the 3rd and still no sign of it. It's not right to say it will be super quick if they can't actually deliver on time. They only sent out my order after I asked about the hold-up, and even now, I've got nothing to show for it.
Handmade pearl earrings
I bought some gorgeous handmade pearl earrings from a small independent brand not long ago. I was really impressed by their sustainable values and the fact that their designs are so unique compared to what you get from big brands. I've pretty much been wearing these earrings every day since I got them, and I've had loads of people say how much they like them.
I did have a problem with a bracelet I bought though - it was a bit too big for me. The customer service team were amazing though, they sorted out a return for me really quickly. I'm really impressed with how good the quality and craftsmanship of their products are, so I'll definitely be going back for more stuff soon, especially with Christmas coming up.Gold Drop Earrings
The gold drop earrings I bought were really disappointing. They didn't even match each other! I mean, come on, that's just not on, especially for something handcrafted. And then, when they sent me replacements, they were backwards! Can you believe that? On top of that, I can't even return the original pair. The customer service was alright, I guess, but the lack of quality control is pretty obvious. I'd recommend people to try finding their jewellery somewhere else, maybe eBay where you can see actual pictures of what you're buying.
