Great one stop shop for all events and shows in the city
Great place for getting to know all events, shows, and festivals around the city. I always prefer the ticket factory to book my shows and fests. It covers nearly every important and interesting spot in the city where something worth to watch is going on. I recommend everyone I came across.

Biggest ... out .won't refund .just a ... scam .take your money and the ... ticket protection load of .... Never use this ... of a company.

Bought 4 tickets to event that was rescheduled. No refund snd no tickets. Emailed. No response in 2 days. Rang. On hold for over 30 mins. Terrible customer service. Written another email, no response.
