Travel trolley arranges everything when you say 'travel'
Travel trolley arranges the travel according to thier client . It is really great travel agency to manage all the activities required.
Flights, hotel and stay along with car hire, and sightseeing as well.
They are organised and quite efficient as well.Flight Tickets to New York
Totally awful Travel Agency. This was one of Sky Scanners recommendation and it's time for Sky Scanner to stop recommending them. The staff were awful and was charging £100 to cancel a flight ticket of £248 which was booked less than two hours before attempting to cancel. They were refusing to state were they got the quote of £100 from as this is not stated on their website or under any of their policies. Staff were refusing to negotiate and change the flight to a later date. I was told that to change the flight to a later date I will be charged more than the £100 cancellation fee I was quoted. Staff were very rude over the phone and impatient. I had to constantly ring Travel Agency to send the flight tickets. This was not sent until the day after the tickets was purchased and was sent in the night. The airline stated that as the ticket was booked via Travel Trolley and they are liable to either cancel or amend the booking for free. Travel Trolley refused too. They have a bad reputation all over the internet and have charged customers ridiculous amounts for cancellations in the past. They have also been mentioned in the Guardian for their bad customer service and insensitivity towards their customers. If I had known this prior to booking with them I would have not booked with them. I would prefer to rate this experience 0 but their isn't an option too. Rating my experience as a 1 is me being very lenient. Do not book with Travel Trolley. I repeat do not book with Travel Trolley.
Airplane ticket
Sadly I had a very bad experience with Aarti. Our tickets costing £1800 had to be cancelled two years ago due to covid. We were hoping to see family in the Philippines and it was our ‘life time’ holiday. They carried our credit over to the following year. Bad luck ,but we could not travel the following year for the same reason and we asked for a refund BUT they said they would only pay £1200 back from the original £1800. It seemed unreasonable and we could not afford to lose out on so much money so we decided to carry the credit over to this year. And the catch comes here… I contacted them today and I was informed with ‘lovely’ Aarti that the credit and ticket has expired so we have lost £1800. Now if we were travelling in Sept and the credit was carried over to the following year and same has been done again how can it expire in May? It is a lot of money to lose for a little family and is it fair to take it without any services provided? We asked for Aarti’s full name several times that We can refer to her but she was very reluctant to provide it. Even now I am unsure if it is her name and full name what she has given. I am going to contact their main office and putting a serious complaint in for their unfair and unreasonable costumer service.
