Booking flights to Delhi
So, yeah, I was trying to book my flight to Delhi and I was completely clueless. But then this guy called Spencer really came through! He assisted me in finding the ideal flights and made the bookings on my behalf. He was really quick, professional, and so friendly. Flight booking with cancellation issue
I wouldn't recommend booking flights with this dodgy company, mate. I had a nightmare experience trying to cancel a flight with them recently. I tried to cancel within the 24-hour window that the airline allows for free cancellation, but Travel Trolley hit me with a massive £310 penalty for supposedly missing the deadline. They were so unhelpful and downright sneaky, it was just shocking.

The bloke who helped me, Kartik, was proper nice when I rang up to book my flight. He explained things to me so I could get it, and even though the prices online were off, he still got me a ticket. I was well pleased with the service and it made me feel like I was in safe hands.

I can't believe how pricey the tickets were. The service was absolutely awful and rude, it felt like they were just out to make loads of money off me. I'd much rather just stay at home forever than use this company again. They're the worst in every way imaginable. Steer clear!

I had a really bad experience with this company. I made a booking and wanted to make a small change within 2 hours, but Travel Trolley wouldn't do it without me paying a fee. The fee amount kept changing every time I called them, which was frustrating. I decided to contact the airline and they told me I could still make the change for free within a certain time frame. When I called Travel Trolley again, one of their agents was really rude and unprofessional. I would recommend avoiding this company completely!

Flights to Stockholm
I recently booked a flight to Stockholm with this company, and I have to say, the whole thing was a bit of a nightmare. After I booked, the company kept calling me non-stop, saying I needed to confirm my reservation right away or risk losing my seat. I was a bit confused because it looked like my booking was all sorted on the British Airways website, but they were insistent that it wasn't secure. I reluctantly followed their instructions and ended up with two bookings for the same trip. I've been trying to sort it out and get a refund for the extra ticket, but their customer service is impossible to reach. I've sent loads of emails, but they all come back as undeliverable, and 'Danny' who's supposed to be the contact person, hasn't answered any of my calls. My flight is coming up in just two weeks, and I feel so frustrated and stuck because I can't see a way out of this mess. Honestly, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend using this company for booking any travel.
Recent booking and baggage allowance issue
I had a bit of a problem with my booking and baggage allowance for my next flight, which I only noticed two days before I was supposed to leave. It made me really worried, so I got in touch with Travel Trolley for help. Luckily, the senior sales travel consultant there was really nice and sorted everything out quickly. I'm so grateful for their amazing customer service when I needed it most.
Flight Tickets to New York
Totally awful Travel Agency. This was one of Sky Scanners recommendation and it's time for Sky Scanner to stop recommending them. The staff were awful and was charging £100 to cancel a flight ticket of £248 which was booked less than two hours before attempting to cancel. They were refusing to state were they got the quote of £100 from as this is not stated on their website or under any of their policies. Staff were refusing to negotiate and change the flight to a later date. I was told that to change the flight to a later date I will be charged more than the £100 cancellation fee I was quoted. Staff were very rude over the phone and impatient. I had to constantly ring Travel Agency to send the flight tickets. This was not sent until the day after the tickets was purchased and was sent in the night. The airline stated that as the ticket was booked via Travel Trolley and they are liable to either cancel or amend the booking for free. Travel Trolley refused too. They have a bad reputation all over the internet and have charged customers ridiculous amounts for cancellations in the past. They have also been mentioned in the Guardian for their bad customer service and insensitivity towards their customers. If I had known this prior to booking with them I would have not booked with them. I would prefer to rate this experience 0 but their isn't an option too. Rating my experience as a 1 is me being very lenient. Do not book with Travel Trolley. I repeat do not book with Travel Trolley.
