Flight booking
I thought booking my flight through this service was easy and straightforward at first. The website was really easy to use and I managed to find a good deal on my ticket. However, my good experience took a turn for the worse when I got to the payment section. I tried to pay with my Amex card, which I always use, but the website wouldn't accept it. It was so frustrating and disappointing, causing a lot of hassle for me. I had to end up using a different card, which was not what I wanted. Overall, the booking process was fine until it came to paying, which left me feeling a bit annoyed.

As someone who loves to travel and has booked many trips through different travel agents, I have to say that my experience with this agent/agency was absolutely fantastic. To be honest, I was really impressed by how easy and simple it was to book my flight. The website was really easy to navigate, and I had no issues finding and choosing my flights. Getting instant confirmation was a great bonus and made me feel really reassured that everything was all set.

Flight booking experience
I had a really bad time with the airline company I booked my flight with. The staff were not very professional and gave me wrong information, which caused me a lot of hassle. I had quite a few annoying conversations with their customer service people, who kept hanging up on me without even telling me why. Even though I tried to sort things out, they wouldn't help me at all, leaving me stuck with no money or a place to stay for me and my kids.
