Booking service for my trip
The booking service for my trip was absolutely fantastic! The team was quick, efficient, and made sure everything was perfect for my trip. I've booked with them a few times now and every time has been spot on. I never had to worry about anything going wrong because they took such good care of everything.
Flight refund experience
I had some problems at first with Travelpack not informing me properly about a cancelled flight and not communicating well. But, when I contacted Heleena on Instagram, things got a lot better. She was really helpful and we eventually got our £3,000 refund within 4 weeks. Even though our experience didn't start off great, it ended well thanks to Heleena's help. From our own experience, Travelpack might have issues, but they're not scammers. Just keep persevering and make sure to keep communication open to get your refunds on time.
Convert tickets, great help
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Kalpesh for being an absolute lifesaver. He sorted out our tickets and changed them to open tickets when we had some unexpected travel restrictions pop up for our trip to India. Kalpesh was so friendly and really took the time to listen to our situation. It was such a relief to have someone so understanding help us out when we were feeling really stressed about our travel plans. We were really impressed with his customer service and now we know exactly who to contact next time we need tickets from this place. Thanks a million, Kalpesh!
Refund request still pending
I've been waiting for a refund for more than 2 years now. The government rules say I should get a full refund with no deductions. But the company hasn't been good about giving me my money back and they've even said they might take me to court. It's made me really stressed and annoyed. On top of that, they've tacked on extra fees for getting new tickets, which just isn't fair.
Miami holiday
I had an awful time trying to book a holiday with this company. The hotel in Miami was really disappointing, and when I tried to raise my concerns, they just brushed them off and took the hotel's side. It's obvious they only care about making money and not about actually giving good service. I would steer clear of them at all costs.
Refund process sucks
This refund process is an absolute nightmare! It's been 7 months now and I still haven't got my money back. I've been phoning and emailing them loads of times, but they never give me a clear response. It's getting on my nerves! All they do is give me vague and unhelpful replies. It's so unfair to treat customers this way. Sort it out already!
Flight booking using airline voucher
I booked some flights using an airline voucher on their website recently. It took ages to get it all sorted, and I could only chat via email. It was a bit worrying not being able to speak to someone on the phone, but it's a relief that it's all confirmed now.
Flight refund success!
Hooray, I've finally managed to get my money back from the airline for cancelling my flight to Australia! It was a bit of a hassle with all the emails and phone calls, but Nick and Nirvan were really helpful and sympathetic. They're working hard in these challenging times, so let's hope the company can make it through so we can start travelling again before long.
Holiday booking experience
I booked my holiday package with this company, and it was a disaster. Right from the start, they couldn't get my booking right. I spent ages on the phone with their incompetent staff who didn't seem to understand a word I said. I made it clear that if they couldn't handle it, I'd go somewhere else, but they reassured me they could manage. They didn't. Trying to get them to fix their mistakes was a nightmare, and on top of that, they had the nerve to charge me extra for their own errors. It's unbelievable how they could claim to be at a loss when all they did was mess up my booking and charge me for it.
Refund request after cancelled flight
I absolutely can't believe the terrible customer service I received here. When my flight got cancelled because of COVID, all they wanted to do was give me a useless voucher to spend with them. It wasn't until I had to threaten legal action that they eventually agreed to ask for a refund from the airline. Dealing with them has been a total nightmare!

I tried to book a holiday with this company recently, and it was an absolute nightmare. The customer service team seemed like they didn't have a clue and couldn't get my plans sorted after trying multiple times. It was so frustrating and such a big waste of time. Booked holidays for clients
I've booked holidays for my clients a few times and it's been really great. They provide multi-centre holidays and luxurious long-haul trips. The customer service is excellent - they're always available on the phone and email to assist me, no matter the time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Refund still not received
These people are complete thieves! The airline approved my refund back in September 2021, but they're still making excuses and haven't given me back my money for the ticket. I've had to report them to trading standards and the airline regulators because of their disgraceful behaviour. I've never come across such a shameless company before. Management and Mr. Vishal Ashok Patel should be ashamed of themselves!
Booking package for France with Taylor Swift tickets
My experience with the company was really disappointing and frustrating. I had booked a package for three people to stay in France for three nights, which also included tickets to see Taylor Swift, costing well over £3000. However, I was absolutely shocked by the poor service provided by the company. They told me that the Taylor Swift tickets would only be given out 24 hours before the show, to stop them being resold. This caused me a lot of unnecessary anxiety and stress, especially as the tickets only arrived 9 hours before the event. The first day and night of our holiday were completely ruined because of this delay in getting the tickets. And on top of all that, the tickets were sent via WhatsApp from an Indian phone number. I've never had such a bad experience with a travel company before. I would strongly recommend that others steer clear of using this company.
Flight cancellation due to Covid
My experience with this company was really disappointing. My flights got cancelled because of Covid, and they said I'd get a refund in 8-10 weeks with an admin fee taken out. However, nearly 16 weeks went by and still no refund, even after many emails, promises that went nowhere, and missed deadlines. In the end, I had to get my credit card company involved to sort it out. It was only then that I finally got a full refund, including the admin fee, but it was all such a hassle that I could have done without. I'd definitely recommend steering clear of this company.
Efficient and helpful agent experience
I had a really great experience with the agent! They worked really hard and efficiently on our case, which I thought was commendable. Their level of dedication and excellent customer service skills were really impressive throughout the whole process. The agent was so helpful, which made the whole experience enjoyable. This caused some inconvenience and made it hard for me to give them a higher rating.
Flight booking to India
I've recently booked a flight to India through this agency, and I have to say, the experience has been absolutely awful. The flight got cancelled back in August 2020 because of the pandemic, and since then, I've been trying to get my money back. Every time I give them a ring, they tell me the same old story - that the airline still hasn't refunded for the cancelled flight. So, I took matters into my own hands and got in touch with the airline directly, only to find out that the refund was actually processed back in December 2020! That level of dishonesty is really shocking and just not on. And to top it off, they even charge us customers an admin fee for a flight that was cancelled by the airlines - it's like rubbing salt in the wound. I've been a loyal customer for over ten years, but after this disaster, I'll never be using their services again.
Booking for a continental holiday package
So, yeah, I was really keen on using Travelpack to book a fab holiday package for my family to the continent, but honestly, it was a nightmare. They accused us of trying to get something for free and totally messed up our booking. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, it was like they weren't listening at all.
