Madagascar Lemurs and National Parks Tour
Our trip to Madagascar was absolutely amazing! We had so many adventures and surprises along the way. Our guide, Olivier, was so knowledgeable and really looked after us during the whole trip. We did everything from exploring rainforests to visiting villages, national parks, canyons, and chilling out by the coast. Each day was full of new discoveries and cultural experiences. The places we stayed were lovely, the food was great (lots of veggie options), and seeing the wildlife, especially the lemurs, was just incredible. Whether we were spotting a teeny mouse lemur on a night-time rainforest walk or watching the magnificent Indri in its natural home, every moment in Madagascar was pure magic. You've got to be ready for early mornings, long journeys on rough roads, and giving up your digital devices, but trust me, it's all worth it for the incredible memories you'll create.
Adventure tours in exotic locations
I've been lucky enough to go on two amazing adventure tours with this company, one in Sudan back in 2017 and the other in Pakistan in 2024. Both trips are definitely up there in my top 5 travel experiences, which is saying something considering how many trips I've been on. The service provided by this company is really impressive, with thoughtfully planned itineraries and guides who made sure we had a smooth and enjoyable journey. The places we stayed at were top-notch, adding to the overall fantastic experience of the tours. The most recent tour to the Hindu Kush region for the Kalash Festival was something truly special and unforgettable, showing that this company can offer truly unique adventures. I really hope that Wild Frontiers will keep adding more fascinating destinations to their list of tours, and I can't wait for the chance to go on another adventure with them.
Fabulous Trip to India
I've just come back from this amazing trip to India with a fantastic company. It was called Classic Rajasthan for Holi Festival and it was incredible! There were only 8 of us in the group and our tour guide, Mr Abi Singh, was just brilliant. We stayed in stunning heritage hotels and Havelis, ate delicious food at fantastic restaurants, and had a really experienced driver who knew how to handle the chaotic traffic. They even let us do some extra stuff like shopping, which was so much fun! We got to see where they filmed Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, watch the sunset at the Taj Mahal, visit rural villages, and even celebrate Holi Festival with the locals. Every day we stopped for chai and had a chat with the locals, it was so cool. I can't wait to go on another trip with them!
Central American Odyssey tour
My time on the Central American Odyssey tour was absolutely amazing. I completely agree with what Caroline Alexander said in her review. The tour gave me a real insight into life in Central America today, the complex political systems in the area, and the incredible Mayan civilizations. The scenery was so stunning and the guides were really knowledgeable and took great care of us the whole way. I even got to see how the Nicaraguan healthcare system works when I had a little accident on a volcano hike. The guides and local doctor were so attentive and caring. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore Central America.
Guatemala trip experience
I recently went on a trip to Guatemala and it was just amazing. The country has so much history, culture, delicious food, stunning landscapes, and incredible wildlife. I learned a lot while I was there. The itinerary was varied and kept me interested the whole time. Our tour leader, Alejandro, was brilliant and really made the trip special. Visiting Guatemala at Easter time gave me even more insight and respect for the country. The small group size from the company was a definite bonus. The booking team was really helpful and the whole trip was even better than I expected.
10 days tour
The 10-day tour was absolutely brilliant! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and took us to loads of incredible places. We found out loads about history and saw some amazing sights. The accommodation and food were all really nice and comfortable. All in all, I had an awesome time on the tour and learned so much!
Vietnam Explorer trip
My recent trip to Vietnam with your company was absolutely amazing. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the fantastic group leader to the diverse and seamless itinerary. The small group size made the experience more personal and immersive, and the local guides were so friendly and knowledgeable. The pace of the trip was just right, catering to everyone's preferences. The hotels, food, and activities were all authentic and really added to the cultural experience. One of the best parts was seeing our group come together from strangers on the first day to a close-knit and fun group of fellow travellers.
Desert Adventure Experience
The desert adventure with Wild Frontiers was absolutely fantastic, way better than I could have imagined. We got to camp in the desert, visit ancient sites, take in the stunning landscapes, swim in the Arabian Sea, and really soak up the local culture. It honestly felt like a dream, especially since visiting The Empty Quarter has been a dream of mine for so long. The people I met on the trip were great, all with a love for travel and a good sense of fun. And the guides? They were excellent - so knowledgeable, attentive, and truly top-notch.
Trip with travel company
I had an amazing time with the travel company on my recent trip to Sri Lanka, which was my 15th trip with them. Their planning, professionalism, and customer service were top-notch as usual. I've been on their trips from Afghanistan to Uzbekistan, and each one has left me with incredible memories. The small group sizes, local guides, and their dedication to helping the local economy really set them apart from other travel companies. I can't speak highly enough of them and I'm already planning my next adventure with them.
Southern Albania Walking Tour
The Southern Albania Walking Tour was absolutely amazing. Walking along the coastal trails and discovering the ancient empires of Albania was a really interesting experience. The country felt welcoming and safe, and there was a lot of excitement and optimism as it continues to grow. The history of Albania, from the Hellenistic period to the present day, was so intriguing. Seeing the vibrant culture and breathtaking landscapes, surrounded by beautiful meadows filled with lovely flowers in May, was really unforgettable.
Nile River historical sites trip
My trip with WF to visit the historical sites along the Nile River was really well-planned and fun. The local leader and guide were brilliant, giving us interesting facts about the sites and the culture. We didn't just see the big attractions, we also got to chat with the people who live by the Nile, which made it even more special. I would definitely suggest this trip to anyone who wants to see more of Egypt than just the usual tourist spots.
Trip to the Caucasus
I recently went on a trip to the Caucasus with Wild Frontiers and I have to say, I was really impressed with the diverse and fascinating itinerary they had planned for us. We got to visit lots of cultural and historical sights which made the whole experience really enriching. Our guide, Dario, was amazing and made sure everyone was looked after and had a great time. I can't wait for my next adventure with Wild Frontiers!
Adventure travel arranged by a fantastic company
I must say, this company is great at organising adventure travel. The staff are brilliant, always there to lend a hand and really friendly. They make sure the groups are small, so you can really get involved in the local culture without feeling like a typical tourist. I like that they use local guides and respect local customs. I would definitely suggest them to anyone wanting a special and genuine travel experience.
Dream trip
I recently went on a trip that I'd been dreaming about for a while, and I've got to say, it was even better than I imagined. The group I travelled with were a lovely bunch, and the guide was fantastic - they really made sure we didn't miss a thing. The sights, sounds, and history we experienced were incredible and will stay with me forever. I couldn't have wished for a better trip.

Spectacular Uzbekistan Trip
I had such a brilliant time in Uzbekistan with an absolutely amazing guide and driver. The food, people, and architecture were just unbelievable, surpassing any expectations I had. Alex, our guide, was truly exceptional and ensured we had a wonderful tour. The driver was also top-notch and added so much to the overall holiday experience. Uzbekistan tour experience
Our group had such an amazing time exploring the beautiful country of Uzbekistan. Our Uzbek guide was so knowledgeable and showed us around the incredible Silk Road cities. We met some really lovely locals, ate some delicious food, and made memories that we'll never forget. Going in May was a great decision, as the weather was lovely and we got to experience everything this fascinating country has to offer.
Guatemala trip with engaging guide
We had an amazing time discovering Guatemala with our wonderful guide, Mitzy. One of the best parts of our trip was interacting with the local communities, and we really appreciated the carefully planned itinerary that let us explore the country at a comfortable pace. It was an adventure, but without the typical challenges of more daring trips. I would definitely suggest this experience to others.
