Sat out on it the first evening and it felt solid and roomy. Karla walked us through every option and Ben's crew fitted it neatly. We're using it daily — cosy, practical and exactly what we wanted.
Garden upgrade
I first spotted it at my mate's, he tipped me; I ordered. It arrived quick, was up sooner than expected and feels solid — we've had cosy evenings under it despite the British drizzle; the fitters worked hard and did a job.
Nearly gave up, but very pleased
dinner outside, a shaded spot for laptop work, kids hanging about. Karla and the fitters were properly good, we'd use them again.
Garden game-changer
I was proper unsure at first — pergolas felt like a big faff — but after a couple of breakfasts and two rainy evenings under the Maze 4x4 it's been ace. Fit and finish are solid, assembly wasn't as scary, and it really lifts the garden for coffee and kids' chaos. Glad I went for it.
Proper bit of kit, actually
Really pleased with this — did exactly what I needed. I wanted a solid cover for the new patio after putting down slabs and to stop guests getting soaked at silly little garden get-togethers, and this pergola has been spot on. I put it up mostly on my own, apart from my wife holding bits for about half an hour while I manoeuvred the side rails — I even wedged one upright against the garage and used a long broom as a temporary prop, a bit ghetto but it worked. Parts all matched up nicely and the panels slotted in without drama. I did have to buy my own anchor bolts because of the depth of my base, but overall very happy it wasn’t a faff.
