In short, I'm relieved it was sorted out, even though it started badly. I ordered an imported eye cream a few weeks ago — first impression was off because the tube had no country stamp and no inner seal, only the outer carton was taped. I sent photos but they asked for a video, which annoyed me. I paid quite a lot and felt uneasy, but after a bit of back-and-forth customer care resolved it, so I'm glad. Dessert Cart's other products were decent, so I won't write them off.
Unboxing bemusement
Was halfway through the unboxing when I realised something odd about the label. Delivery itself was quick — the courier was friendly and left it safely — which was a nice surprise. But customer service? Bit of a mess. They phoned a few times, answers were vague, and when I tried to check the barcode there was no product info. I spoke to their support who admitted gaps, and I felt cheated. I'd warn others to double-check and ask for photos before buying.
