I only signed up because a mate kept raving about it, and at first I was intrigued. The snag was the lack of any courtesy email before they charged my card — no heads-up so you can delay or move a shipment. I got charged and phoned them straight away; they said the order had shipped, which sounded odd (too quick, surely just processed). They suggested I refuse the delivery and they'd refund — fair enough in theory, but the refund took ages, almost a month, before it actually showed up. The delivery itself arrived eventually and the product was fine. Customer service improved after a few nudges, so I'm not furious, just annoyed by the process. I might try another brand next time, but for now at least it's sorted.
