Currency card purchase
As someone who travels a lot, I have to say that the currency card I bought is a total game-changer. It really delivers on its promises - smooth transactions, no hidden fees, and better exchange rates than what I'd get back home or at a resort. I've used it to take cash out, pay for meals, and shop online without any bother. Not stressing about bank fees has saved me a decent chunk of money, so it's a win-win for me. Overall, I'm really happy with the service from the company and would definitely recommend it to anyone after an easy and affordable way to handle their money while they're away.
Currensea card in Japan
I've just come back from Japan and I have to say, using my Currensea card while I was there really made things easier. Japan isn't quite up to speed with digital payments like Apple Pay, so having my Currensea card in my phone's Wallet and as a physical card was super handy. I could easily switch between the two depending on what I was buying, whether it was something big or small. Everything went smoothly and I'd definitely recommend using Currensea when travelling abroad.
Currensea card usage for several years
I've been using this specific card for my financial transactions for quite a few years now, both in the EU and abroad. It's been incredibly reliable and efficient, always helping me save money on different transactions. One thing I really like is getting instant notifications after every purchase, telling me exactly how much money in GBP has been taken out of my account. It's super handy for keeping an eye on my spending and managing my budget.
Recent trip to Paris
I recently used the service for a trip to Paris and it was so handy and efficient. The physical card and Google Wallet transactions went smoothly, and the statements gave me loads of detailed info. I really liked the great exchange rate too, as it saved me some cash. I was also surprised to find out that my bank now does a similar thing.
Quick response to queries
I'm really happy with the service I got from this company. The staff were super responsive and helpful, especially Sam. I had a couple of questions and they were all dealt with quickly and thoroughly. Sam was a real asset to the team and really made the whole experience smooth. Thanks a lot, Currensea.
Quick and hassle-free sign-up process
I was really surprised at how simple it was to sign up for this service. The card arrived quickly, which was great, and I really liked that I could easily add it to my Apple wallet. It's so convenient that the card is directly linked to my existing bank account - makes using it a breeze. The app is also really easy to use, and it lets me keep an eye on my money in various currencies. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who's traveling overseas.
Recent overseas spending experience
I recently used a service for spending abroad and it was a really smooth experience from beginning to end. The communication about my spending was top-notch, keeping me informed about all my transactions. The exchange rates they offered were some of the best I've seen, which was a nice surprise. One of the best things for me was that the money came straight out of my current account, so I didn't need to top up anything extra. This made the whole process even better. I used the service on a trip to the USA and the card was super reliable and easy to use. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend it to others.
Resolving fraudulent use of card
Yasmin was absolutely amazing and quick in sorting out an issue with my card. Someone tried to use it without my consent, but Yasmin handled it like a pro and managed to get my money back. Now, I feel completely secure using this card when I go on holiday. The service was top-notch, truly excellent. Thank you so much! 🙏🙏🙏
Currensea card for currency exchange and fee-free cash withdrawals
I recently gave the Currensea card a go for my travels and I have to say, I was really impressed. It was so easy to use - I got instant notifications on my phone telling me exactly how much I had spent in Euros and how much that was in pounds. And it was great to see how much money I saved by using the card instead of my usual debit card. One really handy thing was being able to take out up to £200.00 in foreign currency from ATMs without any fees, which saved me a ton of bother and extra costs.
Currency card
The currency card is great for using all over the place, as it gives you an extra layer of protection by acting as a go-between for your account. The only issue is the daily cap of £100. It would definitely be handier if the limit got upped to £150. In general, it's a safe and easy way to handle your money when you're on the go.
Travel card experience
I've had the pleasure of using a travel card quite a few times while I was away, in Skiathos and Crete. It's been really reliable, efficient, and convenient. One of the best things about it is how it lets you know straight away when you've made a payment and gives you the equivalent in pounds right there and then, which I found really useful.
Travel card for all ages
This card is absolutely brilliant, even my grandparents love it! We took it with us on our trip to South America and it was really handy. Some card readers in Argentina didn't accept it, but it wasn't a major issue. You don't have to stress about topping up and you receive a text notification in your own currency immediately. Definitely the top choice for travellers!
Travel card for NYC trip
I've just bought a travel card for my trip to NYC and I have to say, it was really handy. It saved me quite a bit of money by not having any fees, plus the app had a currency converter which was super useful. Also, being able to add the card to my G pay wallet and pay for everything using my phone made everything really easy. I'll definitely be using this card again for my next trip.
Money-saving card
The card is dead handy to use, but I'm a bit worried about the time it takes to take money out of my bank account. This makes me a bit uncertain about my actual balance and when the money will come out. I also had some bother with payments being turned down in France because of a security PIN thing that I didn't know about. Even with all these problems, I'm happy with the money-saving perks of using the card. I'll make sure to be more ready for security problems in a foreign country next time.
Travel money card review
I must say, I am really impressed with this travel money card for how convenient and efficient it is. I used to use another well-known service, but I always found myself constantly topping up and working out conversion rates in my head. With this new card, I don't have to worry about managing different currencies or unexpected fees anymore. It's great that it links up to my bank account seamlessly and gives me instant notifications for all transactions, which is a game-changer for me. I not only like how simple the card is to use, but I also appreciate the transparency it offers by showing me the GBP equivalent of each purchase. From now on, Currensea will be my go-to travel buddy whenever I go on holiday.
International currency card
This currency card is a total game-changer for people who often travel or buy things online from abroad. It's really easy to use, giving you instant updates on transactions in Sterling and the money you've saved. Getting email notifications about when the amount will be taken from your account is really handy too. And being able to easily withdraw local currency makes this card essential for people on the move.
Convenient fee-free card for travel
I went for this card with no fees as my go-to for all my day-to-day spending and discovered that it was super handy for when I was travelling abroad. Unlike my normal bank account, I didn't get charged for any transactions while overseas. Even though I hadn't used it for almost a year, I was really impressed by how well it worked. When I was in Spain recently, I used it on buses, in shops, and at restaurants without any problems. I haven't tried taking money out of a cash machine with it yet, but I'm planning to do that soon. All in all, it's a brilliant card to have, especially when you're on the go, and I keep it safe alongside my passport for quick and easy access.
Holiday currency card
I recently used a currency card for my holiday to France instead of carrying cash around. It was a great decision as it was accepted everywhere and helped me save on exchange rates. The regular updates on my spending made it easy for me to keep track of my expenses. Overall, I found it very useful and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a hassle-free way to manage their foreign currency.
Travel card for international use
I got myself a travel card for using abroad not long ago and I've got to say, I'm really impressed with how it's working out. Setting up the card was a breeze and I kept getting notifications right after each payment, telling me how much I spent in both foreign currency and good old GBP. The app also gives me a straightforward breakdown of all my expenses, making it super easy to keep an eye on my budget while I'm on the go.
Transaction with a fintech company
I tried out a new fintech company before my international trip and honestly, it was better than I expected. The exchange rates for regular spending were really good, and the transaction statements were super detailed. They even included a map showing where each expense was made. I really appreciate this level of openness and precision in a financial service. I was genuinely impressed and happy with my experience.

Used Currensea the first time I traveled to another country to spend the holiday with a friend. I was quite agitated about the fact that my bank might deduct a huge sum of money... Read onBy: Vienna
