Online purchase
I bought something online not long ago and it was a total let-down. I paid for it but it never arrived. On top of that, when I tried to contact the company for help, they didn't bother replying. This lack of communication and honesty is worrying and has really annoyed me, making me feel let down by the whole thing.
Three book orders for friends and family
I have to say, I was really impressed with the service from this company. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick, and the products were top quality. I bought three books for my loved ones and they all loved them. The packaging was good and everything arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely be coming back to buy more and will recommend this company to everyone I know.
Customer Service Experience
As someone who needed help, I was really let down by how long it took for the customer service team to get back to me. Even after sending lots of emails, I felt like they weren't really listening to what I had to say. It was really annoying not getting any sort of response or solution to my problems. And when I tried to contact the complaints department, it just made things more frustrating because I had trouble with the email address they gave me.

Cool shirts
I bought these really awesome shirts from this place, but when I tried to ask them some questions over email, they just gave me some daft answers that didn't even make sense. I mean, seriously, all I wanted to know about was the shirts!
