I was really pleased with how professional they were when dealing with my refund. The way they paid attention to all the details and got back to me quickly was really great. I put in my request and in less than a day, they had sorted out my refund and put the money back in my account. I think their efficiency and level of service is really impressive and other companies should take note.
Unreliable
I was hoping to urgently send money to support a family having a little boy suffering from cancer. Neither my money was sent nor I was refunded promptly. I wasted three days for something that had to be swift and easy, plus every minute counted in view of the boy's cancer. Briefly, if you need a reliable and fast service, use an alternative. TransferGo seems to be deceptive in their promising a reliable service. Although, their customer support was responsive.
GBP to EUR transfer
Impressively cheap, I genuinely don't understand how the company makes their money. The rate is almost always exactly the FX rate.
