I've had my fair share of issues with other transfer companies before. But, using this transfer service has been a great experience. Unlike the others, they offer a consistent and dependable service every time. The transaction app keeps asking for my ID verification over and over again, even though I've tried to enter it right each time. They did keep me in the loop with emails, which was nice. However, what I wasn't too chuffed about was still getting stung with that £0.99 charge for each transaction - it soon mounts up. Even though I use it often, that bit really got on my nerves, to be honest.
Donation for shelter home
So, I tried to send a donation to a shelter home using this money transfer service, but you know what? They refused to process it because of some mysterious policy. I mean, seriously? I requested more details but they wouldn't provide any, which is really unfair. How can they not assist their customers, eh? Plus, their app seems really dodgy. I won't be using their services again!

Transaction rewards no longer available
I'm really disappointed to hear that they've stopped the points system for transactions at this place. Before, you could collect points for each transaction and then use them to cover sending fees. But now that's no longer an option, and I haven't got any points for my recent transactions. As someone who comes here often, I used to depend on those points to help cut down on the costs of sending money. Not having that incentive anymore has definitely made a difference in my overall experience with the service.
