Was mid-afternoon and I honestly thought we'd be stuck without drinks, then the replacement crate turned up just when I needed it — that’s the exact moment I realised they’d sorted it properly. The courier had somehow lost the first case, which was annoying, but a quick phone to Dry Drinkers got another sent straight away. Only gripe is the cardboard sleeve feels a bit flimsy, especially if a case isn’t full you should add more packing or bottles move around.
Missing beers, refund eventually
Was missing a few beers from my order. Not great. There was a pencil note saying they'd refund the missing items. I chased them a few times and was sceptical. In the end they did refund me, which was a relief. Strange timing with them taking over Dry Drinker this summer — maybe that slowed things. If you order, keep all your paperwork.
Quietly worrying
Oddly, the thing that bothered me most wasn't the bottle breaking (that was bad enough) but how the company handled it. They did refund the cost, surprisingly quick, yet the director seemed to shrug it off as "transit damage" and closed the case without a real check. Their courier failed to collect the broken bottles twice, so we still have them and there's no proof either way. Overall, delivery and follow-up were poor, customer care felt dismissive. I'd say be cautious and insist on proper collection if this happens to you.
