Long-time customer
I've been buying beer from this online retailer for quite a few years now. I've had a few small problems with my orders along the way, but their customer service team has always sorted them out quickly and efficiently. I really think their customer service is top-notch - they always reply promptly and really go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. The beer I've bought has always been really good quality, and I've been amazed by how many different types they have on their website. If I were you, I'd keep an eye out for any special deals they have - they often give you great value for your money.
Gallia and Krombacher beers
I absolutely loved the beers I bought from this online store. The Gallia was fantastic, it had a really rich flavour and a smooth finish, while the Krombacher was so refreshing and exactly what I needed. I recently ordered some beers from Beerwulf and was pleasantly surprised by how fast they arrived. My order arrived within just 2 days, and the free delivery was a bonus too. However, I must admit that I was a bit let down by the rising prices. I had wanted to get more, but sadly the cost of the beers I really like was just a bit too steep for my budget. It's a shame really, as I was really excited about trying out some new varieties.

I've just ordered some craft beers from an online shop and I have to say, the service was absolutely top notch. I got a nice 20% discount on my order and they even threw in free delivery. The cherry on top was that my beers arrived in just 2 days. The variety of beers they had was great and their website was really easy to use. All in all, I was really happy with my experience and I'll definitely be buying from them again.

When I placed my order, it was really easy and straightforward. But my husband was a bit gutted there weren't more ales to choose from. The delivery surprised us - it came in just 2 days, quite impressive! The prices were a bit steep, but can't fault the service. It would be nice to have more deals to tempt us into ordering again.
Two beer kegs
I recently bought two beer kegs from Beerwulf, looking forward to enjoying them at a BBQ. Unfortunately, both kegs turned out to be all foam and no beer, ruining the whole event. When I got in touch with Beerwulf customer service, they were quick to reply and admitted that the kegs were probably faulty. But they flat out refused to do anything to make it right. I spent over £400 on one of their machines and now it's just an expensive paperweight. I'm really disappointed and I won't be buying from Beerwulf again. Next time, I'll just stick to good old bottles of beer and a cooler for my BBQ.
Various beer products
I bought a variety of beers recently and was pretty happy with what I got. The selection of beers on the website was great, and it was easy to find my way around. However, I was let down by the delivery service from Beerwulf. A few times, the packaging on my orders was damaged when it arrived, despite me sending them photos of previous issues. The products inside were fine, but the boxes looked like they'd been handled roughly during delivery. Plus, there were times when the delivery company left my package in the lift lobby without getting a signature, which made me worry about the security of my order.
Beer to my doorstep
I had some amazing beers delivered to my house recently. There were plenty of different options to choose from, which was perfect for my subscription. The delivery was really fast, and the beer itself was absolutely delicious.
Blade and smaller kegs
I am pretty happy with the service I received from Beerwulf. Ordering was easy and simple to do. But, it would have been nice to have more beer choices on the Blade. Also, I think they could be a bit more flexible with their free delivery policy for smaller kegs.

Delayed delivery, good beer
I'm gutted to say that my Beerwulf delivery got messed up by Chronopost. The parcel arrived a whopping 4 days late! Beerwulf were quick to send it out, but Chronopost's dodgy service let them down. Still, the beer itself is top-notch as always - tasty and fresh, just like I hoped for.
Ales and beer products
The prices for ales and beer at this place are getting out of hand. They keep going up, so it's not really worth buying from here anymore. Even with their deals, it's just not worth it. It's a shame that they're pricing themselves out of the market.
Beer bundle
Upon buying a beer bundle from this website, I must say I was pretty let down by the whole thing. Ordering was easy enough, but that's where the good stuff ends. The service wasn't great - slow to respond to my questions and not very helpful. The prices were alright, but given the poor quality, I thought I'd get a better offer. The delivery took longer than expected too, which was a bit annoying and frustrating.
Awesome beers
These beers are amazing and delicious! I had them with my mates and we had a great time. The delivery was super quick and the packaging was really cool. I'll definitely be ordering more soon!
