I was balancing a croissant and my phone in a tiny Paris café when I realised I'd been using planetofhotels more than any other site on the trip. It's just easy — clean layout, filters that actually help, and the 'lowest price' sort saved me time more than once. The thing that made me grin was the pros-and-cons list under each hotel — no need to wade through a pile of long reviews when you've only got ten minutes between trains. It feels practical, quick, and kind of thoughtful. I do wish there was a proper mobile app though, that would make it even less fiddly. Still, really pleased, and grateful it worked so well for my travels.
Nice find, I was sceptical
