Alps2Alps pushed my shared transfer departure back one hour without notifying me (or the driver), despite having my flight time in my reservation and in violation of their own Terms and Conditions, which promise pickup within 30 minutes of scheduled time for resort to airport transfers. This caused me to miss the baggage cutoff for my flight and have to fly out the next day. I waited at the airport for two hours for direction from A2A before taking any steps, and they advised via phone and by email that I should submit a receipt for a hotel stay and they would provide a "fair resolution." I followed that direction and promptly submitted the receipt.
Several days later, they reneged and refused to reimburse me, claiming that the departure was within the expected timeframe, even though it was not because it was a full hour late. (They also later claimed they did not speak to me by phone and I did not submit my hotel invoice, even though their emails expressly acknowledged, in clear print, both speaking by phone and receiving my invoice.)
Nowhere on their website, at booking, in my confirmation, or in communications during the week between making my reservation and my transfer was there any remote suggestion that I would depart a full hour after my scheduled departure, or that my transfer was not early enough for my flight time, which was in my reservation. Rather, the two pickups on my shared transfer, which were directly across the street from each other, were scheduled at 6 and 6:05 am. A2A allowed the first pickup to push their time back to 7 because they "wanted to sleep longer" and therefore pushed my time to 7:05, without ever notifying me or giving me the opportunity to make alternate arrangements. Not even the driver was aware when he arrived at the first pickup at 6 am, as he stressed and scrambling to figure out where the clients were.
Alps2Alps caused this disruption to my schedule without any advanced notice to me and it now refuses to follow through on its own promise, which I relied on to my detriment, to reimburse the expense I incurred as a result of the undisclosed schedule change.Good transfer
Used Alps2alps for Geneva to Chamonix last month. Driver was on time, knew the route, vehicle was clean. Paid what they quoted with no surprises fees.

The driver for my airport transfer got in touch early in the day and was waiting for me in arrivals, which was a fantastic start to my journey. Ski Transfer Service
Don't bother looking anywhere else, Alps2Alps is hands down the best ski transfer service around. I've used them loads of times and they've never let me down. The drivers are always on time, the vehicles are spotless and comfy, and the whole service is top-notch. I wouldn't go with anyone else for my ski transfers.
Airport transfer with prompt driver
The driver showed up early, like proper on time, 10 minutes before we were meant to leave. The van was tidy and really comfy, making the drive to the airport quite nice. What got me was how well the driver knew the way around, getting us to Innsbrook airport in plenty of time before our flight. It was a stress-free ride that rounded off our holiday perfectly. I'd definitely suggest this service to others.
Taxi ride from airport to resort
The taxi ride from the airport to the resort was absolutely brilliant! The driver was really lovely and on time, and the communication was spot on. They even gave us a call the day before we left to make sure everything was still good, which was great. First skiing trip transfer
Our first experience with this transfer company was fantastic. The transfer from Geneva airport to Alpe d'Huez was quite a journey, but our driver was waiting for us after we finished going through security, even though we were a bit delayed. Having a driver ready when we had three kids and lots of luggage was a huge relief. The buses we travelled in were really clean and spacious, and both drivers were friendly and drove safely. A special mention to the driver who kindly returned my son's AirPod case after he accidentally left it in one of the transfers. Overall, it was a brilliant experience and we will definitely use this company again for our next ski trip.

Unsafe driving by the driver
I was really let down by the service from the driver on my last journey. He wasn't just texting on his phone while driving, but he was doing it with passengers in the car too. That's not just dangerous, it's against the law. I felt so uneasy and worried the whole time, which definitely took away from what should have been a nice trip. Group transfer experience
We've used this service before and have always been really impressed with how great the service is. But this time was something else. There were six adults and two children in our group, and from the minute we booked our transfer, everything went really well. The best part of the trip was our driver, Francesco Turchetto.
