I was running late for a family trip and booked a taxi for me, my partner and two kids, plus two big suitcases — simple, right? The car turned up about twenty minutes late and the driver seemed half asleep. No "sorry" or anything. Then she started moaning about our luggage before even looking properly. When we got to the car it was a normal estate, plenty of room, but she insisted nobody could sit up front because her stuff was there, wrapped up in a jacket — looked odd. She then wanted all four of us in the back, kids on our laps, which I knew was wrong, so we argued. It was all a bit tense and then it got physical when I reached to move some bags and she batted my arm. Not great. On the plus side, the booking email was clear and the app showed the driver’s route, so at least the logistics bit worked. After I complained the company did get back to me later and offered a small refund, which was a surprise and appreciated. Still, I wouldn’t use them again for family runs.
Small fleet, big headache
watch the payment side closely. There were some decent bookings, mind you, but unpaid work spoils everything.

The service was really low-cost but it was terrible! They took my money and then I had to contact the actual company that was providing the driving. They didn't take responsibility for anything! Just go directly to the company and don't bother with these guys.
