This company is an absolute joke. They say they offer stress-free car rentals, but let me tell you, my experience was anything but stress-free. My flight got delayed, and even though I kept the intermediary and the actual car rental provider updated, no one turned up to meet us at the airport. I was left stranded with no way to get in touch with the rental company. The customer support was useless, all they did was send me back to the unreachable rental provider. In the end, I had to make other transport arrangements, adding unnecessary stress to my journey. And as if that wasn't enough, they still haven't given back my deposit. I seriously recommend steering clear of this company.
