    Lost my money on car ride, wait three days for licence approval, angry

    I can't believe how terrible the customer service is! I had to wait for three whole days for them to approve my vehicle licence, and by the time they finally did, I had already lost over £600! Seriously, how long does it take to approve a simple licence?! I could have been to the shops and back in less time than that!

    It was my first time using this transport service and I have to say, it was really good. The drivers, Karen and Myriah, were excellent. Karen was especially nice and very professional the whole time. Myriah also gave a great and comfortable ride. I would definitely suggest this service to others and will be using it again for sure.

    Uber Ride review

    I took an Uber ride recently and the driver ended up taking a longer route, charging me extra without me realising until I checked my bank statement later. When I asked the driver why he took a different route, he claimed there were roadworks, but I checked Google Maps and saw no evidence of that. I decided to complain to Uber about the situation, and they mentioned they would refund me, however, I have yet to receive it. I believe they should have at least offered me a little extra to make me feel satisfied, but unfortunately, they didn't seem to care. Oh well, their loss!

    As a customer, I thought the pricing was a bit dodgy and not quite right. The first quote they gave me didn't match up with the final bill, which made me feel like I'd been tricked and annoyed. And to make matters worse, it was really hard to get any clear answers or sort out the problem because the app was a bit shady. All in all, I wasn't happy with the service and won't be using it again.

    Safe Ride

    I recently used a ride-sharing service and I have to say, I was really impressed by the level of service I got. The driver, without saying any names, made me feel really safe during the whole journey. They not only made sure I got to where I was going on time, but they also went the extra mile by helping me get back some things I had forgotten and keeping my loved ones updated on my safety. It was honestly a fantastic experience that I'll always remember.

    Overpriced rides

    I'm feeling let down by the sudden increase in prices, especially as a loyal customer. I've noticed a big rise in the fares on the routes I often take, sometimes by more than Rs.100 for each journey. The explanations given for these higher prices, like 'too much traffic', just don't seem fair or make much sense. This has led me to use other apps more often to try and avoid these really high costs. It's really annoying to see this happening again and again, and I really hope they come up with a better and clearer pricing system for us customers in the future.

    Bang Bang burger meal with chips, no cheese

    I just ordered a Bang Bang burger meal with chips using a food delivery service, and I made sure to mention that I didn't want any cheese on it. However, when the meal arrived, it had cheese on it. I called the restaurant straight away to let them know about the mistake, but the man on the phone disagreed and said my order didn't say anything about no cheese, even though it did. He didn't even try to fix the issue or apologise. I was really unhappy with the poor customer service and their refusal to correct the mistake. I'm a regular customer and I felt really let down by the whole experience.

    Ride sharing service

    As someone who's been using the ride-sharing service for a while now, I have to say I'm really not happy with how things have been going. It feels like the company cares more about making money than making sure both customers and drivers are happy. There have been so many times when I've paid in advance only to face delays, cancellations, and mix-ups. It's really frustrating when you see drivers just sitting around for ages, then suddenly cancelling without any consequences.

    And there have been instances where the app has messed up and placed orders twice, causing a lot of confusion for everyone involved. It's just not acceptable. Even when I've had to get a refund, the process takes way too long or I'm forced to use Uber cash. The surge pricing during busy times is just the final straw - having to pay ridiculous fees for a service that should be straightforward and dependable is really unfair.

    Overall, my time with the ride-sharing service has been a letdown and it's made me feel uneasy about using it again.

    Food ordering mishap

    I had a really disappointing experience with the food delivery service today. When I made an order, I noticed straight away that the address on the confirmation was wrong. I tried to change it and the delivery method, but the app glitched and wouldn't let me make any changes. I couldn't even contact the restaurant to sort it out, so I had to cancel the order after just 8 minutes. They charged me for the whole order and I didn't get a refund or a chance to leave a review. The customer service chat wasn't helpful at all and didn't really deal with my issues properly.

    Thames boat trip from Westminster Pier to Greenwich Pier

    We arranged for an Uber boat trip from Westminster Pier to Greenwich Pier and when we got there, it was a bit of a nightmare. There was a massive queue with around a hundred people in front of us. We had to wait in line for well over an hour before we could finally get on a boat. And to top it off, two boats had already gone past us full to the brim.

    I ordered a ride and paid in cash. The driver then claimed they had some technical issues and ended up charging me less than they were supposed to. I reached out to support for help, but unfortunately, they were not able to resolve the issue for me.

    Uber ride from airport to home

    My flight was delayed, so I missed my last train home. Thankfully, Uber saved the day! It was a bit expensive at £125, but the service was excellent and the driver was really nice.

    Two Uber rides

    I had to order Uber twice because the drivers kept getting lost, then got charged for cancellations. Also had problems getting a partial refund and didn't hear back from customer service. The food delivery was messed up multiple times too. The service itself was fine, but their customer service is terrible when there are problems.

    Ride experience during hot weather

    I'm really disappointed with the air conditioning situation on my journeys. It's so annoying to keep hearing that it's broken, especially when it's hot outside. I count on your service to give me a nice, cool ride, so when the air conditioning doesn't work it really spoils the experience.

    I'm really disappointed with the service from Uber lately. My son and I have had several rides cancelled by African drivers who then went on to charge us for the cancelled trip. It's just not on and needs to be sorted out straight away. If this carries on, we'll have to take legal action.

    I've had a few instances where my deliveries have been late and the customer service reps haven't been very helpful. It's just not on really, I've had to put up with this sort of thing more than once now and it's left me feeling really annoyed and let down by the whole experience.

    So I got in this Uber, right, and the driver couldn't even speak English. How am I meant to tell them where I need to go if they don't understand me? It was pretty annoying, you know? I always thought Uber drivers would speak English, but turns out not all of them do. It's like they can just get their driver's license without knowing the language. A real shame, to be honest.

    Got ripped off by Uber

    Yesterday I got an Uber and the bloke driving it tried to charge me double the fare. I paid with cash and then the app said I hadn't paid. They're a bunch of thieves.
