I booked this parking because I was flying off on a cruise and, frankly, my back isn't great so I needed somewhere I could trust to drop the car and not faff about later. I was sceptical from the start — had a bad experience once before — and spent the trip worrying. The moment I felt genuinely satisfied was when the car was handed back to me clean and with no damage, and the staff calmly explained the timings, yes, a bit of a delay but nothing major. There was a parking ticket afterwards which caused some hassle, I appealed and they supplied the receipts I needed. So not perfect, some friction, but the basic job was done and that’s what mattered.
Pick-up failed, awkward recovery
we rang repeatedly, no answer, no voicemail, no human. No organised pickup, so we had to pay for a taxi to get back as the car park wouldn't release the car without the ticket. After hanging about, by luck we caught one of their staff outside, who apologised and said he'd sort it and cover the exit fee. He phoned the car park and gave the registration; they charged slightly less than what we'd paid the company. Eventually we got a bland text three hours later saying they couldn't take calls. Useful for planning? Not really. I'd use them again only if I absolutely had to; otherwise pick somewhere with a proper collection service.
Wrong postcode, long faff
Turned up for a cruise and the postcode took us to what looked like a building site rather than a car park — not a great first impression. Tried ringing the contact number they gave (no answer) and voicemail was full, so there was zero way of sorting it on the spot. We had to scramble for last-minute parking elsewhere, which was annoying. I emailed them the same day asking for a full refund and honestly expected the usual silence (felt like a scam for a bit). After a couple of prods they did refund eventually, so not all lost, but the whole thing was unnecessarily messy and poorly handled.
Keys handed over, doubt remains
It started with a text a few days before our trip saying the usual parking area wasn’t available. We were told to use the short‑stay car park instead; when we arrived there were three people with a van and a flag advertising their service — odd, but not impossible, so we hesitated and then accepted. They said the barrier was "broken" at the designated lot, that they'd take our car and park it for us and we'd collect from the same spot on return. We were under time pressure for boarding and didn't fancy losing the flight, so we handed over the keys. The handover felt informal, a man shuffling a bag of keys, and it wasn't exactly reassuring — I remember thinking "this is a bit rough", but it was done.
