Just Park is in my favourite list . This is out of imagination when you find your parking spa e is reserved and location is fix before touching that point..Think..Think..Is anything better then this.

Parking Space in Brighton
I definitely do not recommend, no customer support, I was sent through a no parking zone with bollards in the middle of the road, poor instructions, absolutely zero customer support. I walked up and down the street and drove around for an hour trying to find the space, there is no one to talk to, when I complained they sent me pictures that were NOT in my instructions and told me that I can't get a refund as there were pictures clearly showing where the parking was, pictures that were not in my booking. Ah, and they called me Richard
Easy to book for full day & take your money but then there was no space to park on arrival & after driving around & realising am running late for my train, ended up have to pay exorbitant rate for private park. Sent the receipt of the private park & detailed explanation & yet am told i can not get a refund. Explanation was that spaces are meant to be available unless some people have overstayed their booking. Am i supposed to check which cars have overstayed & then send them out so i can take their space?
My first & last time using just park. Any one considering them should ensure there is a back up plan.
Simple process. Horrid, horrid customer service afterwards. No morale compass.
The process was easy. Finding a space was easy. The owner of the driveway was very quick to reply.
This was all great - until one of us fell poorly. At this stage, JustPark's morale compass is shot to pieces. No heart at all in this company.
A scenario for you. You book your parking several days in advance, to ensure a space. One of you comes over poorly, but your parking space cannot be refunded. You have to cancel it at least 14 days in advance to get a full refund. In what world do these people live?!
When you get a cold or a cough, it builds up. Sometimes it goes, sometimes it worsens. You ask JustPark over and over again, please refund us, as we just cannot make it as one of us is really poorly. Just want to stay in bed.
No - get a Doctors note to prove it. With Covid, people don't want to go to the Doctors, not with something like a Cold. But they insist.
As a result of avoiding embarrassment, we drive 2.5hours+ to get from base to our location. We park. The person at the door allows one of us to use the facilities.
One of those in the party comes over very funny, to almost collapsing. We just knew we shouldn't have come. They say "no I'll be ok..." and walk very slowly, and wobbly. Get to a bench and sit for 5 mins to decide what to do.
She is in no fit state to go further. So we decide to pull the plug. We tell the owner that she is really not well, and hope that we can arrange a refund for this.
JustPark are told by the owner that we were there, and that we returned very quickly after. We had booked for a full day, but returned just 5 minutes or so later, with very poor health.
Just Park continue to have no morales or respect for its client, and refuse a refund. Literally zero morales, and no feeling for the customer.
The owner of the house was fine. They tried their best. But Just Park have got no heart at all. Will we use them again.
Setup is simple aftersales has ended up actually being distressing, demoralising, and with NO CARE whatsoever for the client.
No heart whatsoever. Who cares if you are poorly. Who cares if you almost collapse. Who cares if you have to go to avoid losing your money, and then health just stops you in your tracks.
Just Park do not care about the customer at all.
The parking space owner has care. We thank them.
Just Park - avoid. If there is any chance you might not be able to use your space, particularly if you are poorly - avoid at all costs.

Just Park app scam
App randomly terminated my booking, didn't notify me and caused me to get a £90 PCN. App doesn't accept responsibility, directs you to just challenge PCN with issuing authority. Ruined my night away with my wife coming back to the ticket and subsequent lack of help
Avoid at all cost..rude night staff on buzzer yet not on premises entrapped the car with 2 children and wouldn't let us out though we had paid on line. Registration not recognised and code not working to open barrier in exiting forced to pay over 55 pounds to get ticket from machine even though we had paid and booked online...staff would respond to release the barriers yet let service van out whilst telling us he couldn't do anything and told to call just park who were not answering . Terrible experience and children traumatized in car . Shame on staff very badly run. Residents who were witnessing this said it happens all the time. There were 3 cars it happened to whilst we had to go by foot and pay by manual ticket machine .
Wouldn’t recommend and definitely wouldn’t use again. Paid for parking in London for Saturday and when turned up advise all app parking had been cancelled due to an event. Contacted just park who confirmed this and advised there was no available parking in the area, if we found alternative they would reimburse us - still waiting and not holding my breath!

Took 57minutes of 3 hour visit to Fowey using Readymoney car park to arrange payment for parking. Despite 5 calls, I had to pay twice for parking. Advised by member of Justpark team this is a known error and I could confirm payment had been taken following text notification from bank. Payment refunded following day but still frustrating and spoilt enjoyment of afternoon. Reluctant to use Justpark again.
Sneaky company, maximises profits by finding ways to overcharge and fine people. They set my day to leave at 'Thurs 00.00", I emailed them to ask if that meant weds at midnight, or thurs at midnight. No response. Tried again. No response. Checked standard definition, indicated it was Thurs midnight. All good? No, they define 00.00 Thurs as midnight Weds, so my car got locked in, when I had two kids and the wife standing in the cold, and they refused to issue a code to get the car out of the secure spot unless I booked another day again. Ok, tried that. Guess what? Couldn't get a booking, so couldn't get the code, so couldn't get the car. They didn't answer my next call, so in the end had to use 'other means' to get my car back. Arrogant, unhelpful, sneaky, and most importantly, bad at what they do.
2 hrs at Marazion car park Cornwall
On the advise of my son in law I got the app.the day before I intended to park there.Get there and everything seemed to work fine.Paid,or thought I had paid,£2.60 for 2 hours,reasonable for Cornwall.Left after 1hr.2mins.37 seconds,poor weather.
Arrived home from the holiday to be greeted with a fine of £100,reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days.
As you can imagine I’m not impressed.Will be appealing and in future will screen shoot my payment.
I had a similar experience two days ago. I was leaving a Justpark car park I'd used several times previously when I noticed the attendant photographing my car. I was puzzled as I'd paid £1 to park for 2 hours - or thought I had. I realised I must have forgotten to complete the transaction on Applepay. I drove back to the attendant and explained, showing him my phone. He said it was too late, that the illegal parking had been logged. He said I'd receive a fine but it would be possible to appeal. I hope they realise that my mistake, like yours, was a genuine oversight. No one is going to risk a £100 fine for the sake of a couple of quid. Hope you get a satisfactory outcome.
Abysmal system. Hard to use app. Search for local spaces abysmal. Signage of location number sporadic. No way to reduce or cancel. Competitors outclass this crap service.
£2.00 short term .north Middlesex Hospital
Hospital has removed cash parking machines ,except 1 next to reception thank god. That wouldn't accept coins!! Great for old technophobes!
Downloaded app ok and entered number. When I left , the app asked for my reg. (Pay on exit). Entered my reg. Got a tick, and the app went back to asking for my reg again. Had no idea if ithad taken payment from my stored card info. No receipt message. Texted my reg to the 'phone to pay' option. No reply. So paid at the reception machine. Sure other people will get confused and pick up unnecessary fines. Shit app. Shit company. Not at all surprised.
