Really easy and trouble-free to find parking near the venues. It's only a 15-minute walk away, so no need to worry about getting caught up in traffic when leaving the car park. I would definitely use this service again without any hesitation.

I had a great experience with the parking space I booked. The owner made sure to keep me updated on the availability and even offered to help me book a local taxi, which was really nice. I booked a parking space through this service and I was really let down by what happened. I made a reservation and paid for my spot, but then I got hit with a parking fine of £100. The car park I booked with didn't acknowledge or approve bookings from this service, even though they were still listed on the website. It feels like they were being dishonest and committing fraud by taking money from people for a service that wasn't actually legit.

Cheaper parking
We decided to book a car park instead of splashing out on parking at the fancy hotel in the city centre. It was much cheaper and our car was fine when we returned, which was a relief! The walk to the hotel wasn't too bad, but I probably wouldn't choose that car park again because it felt a bit exposed and not very secure. Next time, I think I'd rather fork out more money and park at the hotel instead.
Parking spot near Royal Marsden hospital
I found the parking spot I booked near the Royal Marsden hospital to be really easy to get to and with very clear instructions on what to do. It was a breeze to access and the pricing was really cheap, which was ideal for my visit to the hospital. Overall, I was really pleased with the service provided.
JustPark Holiday Inn South Kensington
Pre booked and pre paid for Holiday Inn South Kensington parking for 4 days.
On arrival was told, very bluntly, by the attendant that the car park was full, we'd have to find elsewhere and the hotel would refund the money already paid.
After arguing for up to 10 minutes that this was pre paid and I WOULD take this parking, he relented and said he would find space.
I checked with hotel reception who said it was very common that JustPark customers arrive to find no space despite pre booking.
On return to collect the car, the attendant has LOST THE KEY!
He searched and could not find my ticket number, he called his colleague who "couldn't remember" this car despite it being parked in clear sight of the office and despite our altercation on arrival.
We had to go to the hotel to speak to a duty manager who could not be found for 10 minutes.
Eventually a further search in the garage found the key behind a desk. This was after 30 minutes of worry.
This service is sloppy, unprofessional, deceitful (no guarantee of a space despite taking your money) and the hotel staff have zero respect for your vehicle.
The stress and strain this episode caused is beyond belief and beyond description.
Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs.Private drive parking
When I first thought about parking on someone's private drive, I was a bit nervous, but it was actually simple and convenient. JustPark was so helpful and even sent a photo showing me where to park, along with clear instructions. The price was much cheaper than any car park in London, so I was really pleased with the entire experience. I would definitely use JustPark again!
