My flight was cancelled do to Covid 19 today 22.12.2020 and this company is not doing the refund like everyone else in this case . They don't understand the cancellation is not my fault. Lost 88£. Avoid by enny means! I use them last year as well, very poor service. Long time waiting to the shuttle. Never ever again this hungry for money company. No service....No refund...No responsibility.....f....k them! 0 🌟
