Meet and greet parking mix-up
So, I was trying to find meet and greet parking at the airport, you know? And I ended up booking with this website but it turns out I accidentally booked for the wrong airport! I sent them an email straight away, asking to change it to the right airport, and guess what they told me? They said no! They refused to make the change and I ended up losing all my money! I mean, seriously? And they don't even have proper checks in place like asking for your flight number to ensure everything is correct. I had to rebook the same service again with a different website. Awful service all around, definitely wouldn't recommend it.
Lost my email for my booking
I was in a real panic because I lost my email with my booking details, and I really needed it for my trip. I decided to send them an email explaining the situation. To my surprise, within a day, I received a reply with my booking email restored. It was such a relief and saved me from a lot of stress and hassle.
Paid for meet and greet parking but it was a disaster
I paid for meet and greet parking, but when I got there, the company had shut down and another one was taking over. But no one seemed to know what was happening, and I had to pay for parking again. Nobody said sorry or tried to assist me, just told me to sort it out with travel insurance. It was honestly the worst service I've ever had, so I'd recommend avoiding them completely.

I always go with this company for airport parking in the UK, they've never disappointed me or caused any issues. It's really convenient and saves me a load of money whenever I have to park before a flight. I would definitely suggest them to anyone after affordable and reliable parking!
Booking made via website
I booked a parking spot on their website not long ago, but ran into a problem because the car I first registered was no longer in use. Luckily, I emailed their customer service team for help, and I was really impressed by how quickly and effectively they fixed the issue. They sent me a new booking confirmation straight away, which showed their great customer service and commitment to sorting out problems quickly. I was really impressed and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for parking services.
Avoid using this company in Gatwick
This company, which used to go by My Parking, Galaxy Parking, and Airport Parking Spaces, is seriously dodgy. They've been known to mess around with customers' cars and leave them damaged. The guy in charge, Muhammad Tahir Zaman, has actually been to jail for conning customers. The police are looking into them at the moment. Don't hand over your vehicle to this lot, they're well-known for being shady and not very upfront.
Luton Airport Parking
I got to the car park and it was a bit confusing and disorganised. The staff didn't seem very interested and the bus was really crowded. They said my car needed an inspection but it didn't happen because of the rain. I didn't feel great about the security of my car as there didn't seem to be many security measures in place. When I came back, they told me to go to a different level of the car park than where I was dropped off. The van driver was driving dangerously. All in all, I thought this parking facility was a bit of a mess and not very professional. I wouldn't recommend using their services again.
Avoid at all costs!
Oh my goodness, please avoid using the parking company near Gatwick airport! They have changed their name multiple times, previously known as Galaxy Parking, My Parking, and Airport Parking Spaces. There have been reports of cars being driven around and damaged - it's a complete scam! I highly recommend staying away and checking the reviews for these unreliable companies. The owner, Muhammad Tahir Zaman, was even sent to prison in 2019 for deceiving customers - can you imagine that?!
Self-park at shopping centre, tight spots
The advert said we could park ourselves close to the airport, but it was actually on the top two floors of a shopping centre's car park. The spaces were so small we nearly hit our car a few times. The shuttle was meant to come often and take only 3 minutes to get to the airport, but it took us 15 minutes in a cramped minivan that couldn't fit all four of us and our bags. When we got back, we had to wait 25 minutes for the driver, who didn't even help with our luggage. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.
Easy booking and excellent customer service
The booking process was really easy, no problems at all. When we got there, the bus was already waiting for us and even held on a bit for us to park. The customer service was fantastic, they sorted out my problem quickly and kept me in the loop the whole time. I'll definitely be using this parking service again, their customer service was outstanding.
Changed car registration
I had to update my car registration with the company not long ago. At first, I got some of the details wrong and had to shoot them an email to fix it. The customer service lot were dead sound and sorted it out quick as you like, no bother at all. I was well chuffed with how they handled it all, dead efficient and professional.

Changing return time for parking
I had to tweak my parking return time because things changed last minute. So, I sent off an email and Rachel got back to me in just 2 days, confirming that my new timings were all good to go. The service was top-notch, really personal, and that meant a lot to me.

Reservation at Marseille airport
I recently booked airport parking through a third-party website, and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. My husband was really unwell, so I needed to cancel and asked for a refund with a medical certificate. The parking site assured me there wouldn't be a problem, but then the third-party website told me the parking lot wouldn't give me a refund. It's just not on, the way they handled it. I've had issues with this website before too. My advice? Book straight with the parking providers for a better and cheaper deal.
Late airport parking service
I've just booked this airport parking service for meet and greet at Gatwick airport. However, they didn't turn up at the agreed time and didn't give me a refund. I was totally stranded and stressed out, having to fork out extra money for another company just to catch my flight. It was really unprofessional and disappointing overall. I definitely wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

Luton Airport is now like my own parking..Thanks this company, now I can save lot of time for proceedings further instead wasting time to find space.
