the only pen available was the papery innard of a biro, horrible to write with; filling in forms felt like a pantomime. The staff bloke tells me I need to put down a £1,500 insurance deposit despite having booked and paid for premium cover through booking.com. My modest credit card limit was useless to them and they refused my debit card — my dad even offered his card and they said it had to be mine. At that point my doubts were confirmed, so we walked out and went to Enterprise who were calm, sensible and only held £200. Bit of a faff and a waste of time, so nope, not recommending this one.
