Like an helping extra hand
I needed a big van to help me move my things to my new neighborhood, but the ones I knew were all occupied and could not help out. I usually hear of the name green vans and cars around but u didn't know which company was that. I figured it was the nickname of a company and I wanted to find out. I got to know that the name was Green Motion Car and Van that deals with the rentage of green cars and vans specifically for people who need them. The interesting parts were that you get to decide the kind of car or van you want, the pickup date and the drop-off date as well as the driver's age and the time you'll find convenient for you. Their quotes are ones you can easily blend with. Need I mention that they please you thoroughly so you won't find any complaints with them.
Booking experience with previous company
I found that booking directly with the company made everything easier, as there were no insurance or mileage problems to worry about like some customers sometimes have. Dealing with Alex for check-in and Ibrahim for check-out was really easy and simple. The online form system for picking up the car was a bit different for me, but the staff were really helpful and made sure I understood it all. The car itself was brand new and a joy to drive, and they even included little extras like bottled water, a map of routes and fuel stops, a check-in call during the rental period, and details about the courtesy bus schedule. All in all, it was a great experience as a customer.
Quick purchase with friendly staff
The team at this place were really nice and quick. They didn't waste any time sorting out the paperwork and checking the car, even though it was pretty much brand new with only 300+ miles on it. They took the time to give me a tour of the car and explain all the controls, making sure I knew what I was doing before I drove away. I often travel through airports, and whenever I can, I always choose to use this car rental service. It's way better than other providers in terms of customer service and the whole experience. Quick, easy car hire
I recently had a fantastic experience with a car hire service. After a long flight, all I wanted was an easy and quick process to pick up my rental car. Van hire
I hired a van for the first time and the staff, Monika, Charlie, and Dilan, were absolutely brilliant. It was such a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone else looking to rent a van. The staff really made a difference at this branch.
Car rental nightmare
We rented a car from this company and it was a complete nightmare! When we arrived, they suddenly said we had to pay 150% more than we were quoted, and it had to be paid right then and there. And can you believe it? Not one of our 7 credit cards would work for their system! On top of that, the person at the counter was extremely rude. We won't be using their services again, they're total scammers!

Efficient vehicle collection and inspection service
The service I received from Green Motion was absolutely fantastic. The staff were always friendly and quick to help with picking up and checking the vehicle. Plus, the shuttle bus to and from the airport was really convenient and made everything so easy. This was my second time using Green Motion, and I was really impressed once again by how great the service was and how helpful the staff were.

Debit card insurance scam
I hired a car from this company not long ago and I couldn't believe the dodgy trick they attempted to play on people. Even though I had already gotten insurance from a broker, they were adamant that I had to cough up more money for insurance just because I was paying with a debit card and not a credit card. It's totally out of order and downright wrong, shouldn't be allowed at all.
Unreturned security deposit, unresponsive customer service
I had a terrible experience with this company. After I gave back my car, they said they would quickly give back my £800 security deposit. But weeks passed and I heard nothing. I tried emailing and calling them many times, but got no response. Their customer service team was so unhelpful and didn't communicate at all. I felt like I had been scammed and taken advantage of.
Good service, nice staff
I went to pick up my car from this place and the staff there were really friendly. They were so welcoming and lovely. When it was time to bring the car back, they were still amazing and treated me really nicely. I'll definitely recommend it to all my friends. Looking forward to going back in December!
Picked up my car
The people there were so lovely and gave me loads of help with everything. They explained all about the car to me and were incredibly friendly. I had a really good chat with them and they made me feel really at home. I'm over the moon with how everything turned out!
Quick and easy online booking
I just booked a car rental online and was really happy with how easy it was to do and the quality of the car I got. Getting the car was quick and easy, and it looked great. I would suggest booking online for a better experience. If you're coming into Bristol Airport, Green Motion has their own minibus to take you, but it's also not too far to walk from the terminal.

I really liked how quick and easy it was to sort out all the paperwork and pick up and drop off the car. They did mention extra insurance but didn't pressure me to take it. Everyone working there was really friendly and nice. I'll definitely be going back and recommending it to all my friends!
Rental car experience
I hired a rental car thinking it was a good deal, but oh boy, was I mistaken! When I got there, I was hit with extra costs and asked for a really high deposit that just didn't make sense. I couldn't even pay it with my credit card. They then tried to make me buy more insurance just to lower the deposit. When I gave the car back, they said they'd give the deposit back in 10 days, but guess what? The money never actually moved from my account. Turns out they just needed to put a hold on the funds on my credit card. What a load of nonsense!
Last minute hire
I needed a car rental at the last minute and luckily stumbled upon this service. The staff were really helpful, they even let me bring the car back before they officially opened. Essan was brilliant, giving top-notch customer service and making everything super easy. I was really impressed by how efficient and professional the team were.
