Asda Tyre
It was a worst experience from Asda tyre. I bought 2 Continental Run Flat tyres and I kept the evidence. Asda sent 2 normal continental tyres. In 2 years ago Asda sent me a faulty tyre. Asda’s customer service agent repeatedly lie and change their words to defend company’s fault.
Asda tyre does a lot of dodgy things, I strongly will recommend not to buy tyres from Asda. Their service is the ... Plus they never will send tyre in the committed time frame.Tyres
The biggest mistake I made was trusting Asda Tyres to fit the tyres as agreed ... complete the order. I requested to speak to a customer service manager and was told none were available and when I was trying to explain our situation, I was threatened with a call termination, I could understand if voices were raised, or unacceptable language used but to threaten to terminate the call because the call handles felt he was going round in circles is completely unprofessional.
WILL NEVER USE AGAIN OR RECOMMENDTYRES THAT DID NOT ARRIVE
Abysmal service/customer service. Mobile fitter ... tyres did not show when promised 8 days in a row.
I gave up ... purchased cheaper locally.

Failure to deliver tyres to fitter, in time for appointment :
I suffered a ... out on my original tyre, so had to remove two tyres (as need to be fitted in pairs). So now on Axle stands in the local pub car park.
I turn up to the fitters, leave the rims. Turn up an hour later, to humble apologies. "Sorry Asda haven't delivered. This is the 2nd time in a week".
I ring to speak to AsdaTyres. No apology. "You can't have loose rims fitted, Bud'. You need a mobile fitter.
No, we wont pay for your wasted time, or the mobile fitter. And the mobile fitter? Yup with you in a weeks time... Absolutely appalling service.2 Tyres for a Corsa diesel
I arrived at the fast fit tyre and exhaust centre and was told that it would be about 30 minutes for 2 tyres. Asda tyres say that the price that you see is the price that you pay. Instead, I was told that it was company policy that I have 2 new valves fitted. That would be another £20 or they couldn't do the job. I had to pay the extra £20 on top but Asda say that there should be nothing else to pay on their website. I was disgusted. I contacted Customer service and like everyone else, have had no reply. I even sent them the "additional" invoice for them to make this good but...nothing. I shall never, ever use them again. I hope that everyone else thinks twice before using them. Remember. The price that you see is not necessarily the price that you will have to pay. I felt robbed! UPDATE: We are now on the 9th May and 6 days after my first email to Asda Tyres and still no reply. Nothing. I’m afraid that says it all. Good luck to those who want to try them. I wouldn’t do it again (as you can probably tell)

Absolute cowboys !
They provide you with a faulty tyre then to get your money back or a replacement tyre they put your car off the road as you need to either buy a new tyre until they get the fault looked at (which can take upto 10 weeks) or you put your car off the road.
Then you have Sophie at customer services who is as helpful as a chocolate fireguard. Just says same thing over and over again and does not escalate any formal complaint which is made.

Appalling service - when I arrived at the garage to have my tyre fitted, the tyre hadn't arrived and the garage told me their tyre machine had broken. They'd informed Asda Tyres about this several days earlier. Asda didn't contact me to tell me the booking couldn't happen. I spent over 30 mins on hold with Asda Tyre trying to resolve the problem. They refused to send out another tyre or book a new appointment. Later that day, the tyre arrived, but Asda Tyre were awkward about letting me collect the tyre and take it elsewhere to be fitted. When I complained, I received an officious email telling me there's small print that tells me they might not deliver / fit the tyre on time! Go to Black Circles instead - better service all round! Tyres ...amp... Fitting
Bad experience. Bought tyres online with a booked appointment for fitting. Arrived at the fitters to be told the tyres had not yet arrived. Contacted Asdatyres to be told that they could only communicate with the supplier by email, so could I hang on. Waited 90 minutes, tyres still not arrived. Called for an update to be told the supplier had not responded and Asdatyres were unsure they would within next few hours. Forced to cancel and asked for a refund.
Two winter tyres
I ordered two winter tyres to be fitted before we had the snow last week, turned up to have them fitted, the person taking the wheels off ended up damaging both locking wheel nuts so that now they need drilling out before the wheels can be taken off, so now tyres fitted, damage caused , no apology and no refund or replies from Asda or the garage involved, STAY WELL AWAY FROM ASDA TYRES.
4 x tyres
I ordered 4 tyres from Asda Tyres and made an appointment to be fitted. They contacted me the night before and cancelled the appointment, they made a second appointment, which I drove to in the snow and the tyres hadnt turned up.
This so far wasted 2 days I took off work.
It is difficult to get them on the telephone, and each time I was waiting 40 mins or so. After over a week Im still waiting for a refund and have no tyres.

On 01/11/2022 I've ordered 2 Bridgestone tyres (aASD2211364345). I went to Strood Elite Garages on 03/11/2022 to have the two tyres fitted and after the fitting I pointed to the garage staff that one tyre was Firestone instead of Bridgestone. The staff members acted like they didn’t notice the difference between my order and the fitted tyres. They’ve blamed it on asda tyres saying the wrong tyres were sent to them in the first place. I’ve asked the garage staff to refit my old tyres as the order was for two Bridgestones, but I was told that’s not necessary as all I need to do is call asda tyres and they will send out the right tyre for replacement.
Here where it all gets frustrating: asda tyres called the garage to ask about the tyres and the garage staff advised I was happy with the wrong tyres! That's obviously a big lie. Why would I ask for a written of wrong tyres fitted in the first place if I would be ok with the wrong tyres?
Asda tyres doesn't take responsability for sending the wrong tyres to the garage. The garage is lying about me accepting the wrong tyres and in the end I didn't get the tyres I paid for!
The lowest customer service you'll ever get is from asda tyres. Save yourself the trouble and frustration. Avoid asda tyres!Best stay well clear of Asda tyres. They don't provide or fit the tyres and take no liability when their suppliers or fitters don't perform. I have attended 2 tyre fitting appointments and both times the tyres were not there. Worse still I was never notified. Now my car MOT has now run out and I have no transport because I needed 2 tyres. I have been left having to hire a car until I can get tyres elsewhere and have had to take another day off work to have the tyres fitted and the MOT done.More £££££ lost than I would have ever saved . Do yourself a huge favour use somewhere else

Do not use - Customer Service appalling - after buying Hankook tyres which have started cracking between the treads after 3000 miles - no interest after they have your money - Hankook saying it’s ASDA problem
Avoid Asda Tyres if you have low profile tyres
Paid for Tyres and chose a fitting station from the website, drove to fitting station and was told it would be an hour or possibly an hour and a half to fit 2 tyres. Got a call from the fitting station 45 mins later to say they can't fit the tyres because they are low profile. Asda customer services are difficult to get through to and unhelpful, they could arrange fitting somewhere else 6 days later (after my MOT runs out) and claimed they had no mobile fitters in my area (although the website give me an option to book this). I need to have tyres fitted before my MOT runs out so the best they would do was offer a refund of my £463.84 in 5-7 days time.
They couldn't process the refund straight away because the claimed to be 'A Mail Order Company' and this was their policy.
So my advice is if you have low profile tires go to a tyre specialist. I contacted a well known National specialist who will supply fit them the next day although I have to borrow the money because Asda Tyres want to keep hold of it for a week even though they have messed up by charging for products and services they can't supply.

Order a tyre from Asda, arrived at garage, after 2 hours waiting was told wrong tyre delivered. Wasted an afternoon due to incompetence of Asda. Now fighting for a refund. Also do not believe trustpilot review score as all positive reviews are invited from Asda, negative are from real customers.
Mobile Tyre Fitting
Offensive customer service. Deceitful website. The worst service imaginable.
I went to the website and clicked mobile fitting as I had two flat tyres. At no point did I ever request a service that was not mobile fitting.
The website directs you to a page that displays much info about mobile fitting.
You are then directed to enter postcode, registration, select tyres and then you get a list of suppliers.
There is nothing to inform you that what you might be seeing are NOT mobile fitters, the information returned is based on your selections.
However all but one service was NOT mobile fitting.
I contacted Asda to express my disatisfaction. The Rep, said it was my fault, I selected a non-mobile service, I should know that unless it says it is a mobile fitting service then it is not. This is despite the user having selected mobile fitting from the outset.
At no point does it say returned results are not mobile.
The rep tried to claim there was a yellow banner showing clearly when the service is mobile. There is not.
I had to walk him through the site before he realised how easy it was to get the wrong results.
I was left without my car for an extra 48 hours. They could have just booked in the correct service but at an extra £20 charge. They refused to drop this extra charge and even wanted to charge an extra £5 for correcting it within 24 hrs.
The service is disgusting, incompetent, heartless and deceitful to the extreme.
A very, very upsetting experience and they simply don't care.
Just avoid, avoid avoid.
The worst customer service you could possibly experience.
UPDATE:
Quite incredibly, I receive another email from Asda Tyres 30 mins after the initial conversation.
This time to inform me that the tyres I selected would not be available from the corrct mobile fitter - this is the mobile fitter that appeared FIRST on the list of six or seven options, the only one that is in fact a mobile fitter.
The only tyres they can supply are an additional £15 each.
I spoke to a second rep, (it takes roughly 20 - 30 mins per time to contact them) This guy kept insisting I had not ordered mobile fitting. I asked him to stop repeating this lie as I had walked his colleague through the website process and I HAD selected mobile fitting.
He had the audacity to repeat this lie to me twice more. How many times do you call a customer service department and expect blatant lies to be fed back you repeatedly? I have mentioned that I would take this appalling service standard further to which he told me they weren't regulated by any Ombudsman.
The level of offence caused by these people is indescribable.
I have eventually asked for a refund. It will take up to 5 working days to get my money back. So quick to take your money, so slow to refund it.
Please, if you value your health, just stay away from them. What is the point on judging a company by what goes ok for people? The test of a service is how they act, respond and even talk directly to you when things do not go well.
Considering this is caused by their own misleading, incorrect, poorly designed online service makes it all the more galling.
I am at a loss to understand how on earth they sleep at night.
Choose anyone but these offensive people for the sake of your own stress levels.
FURTHER UPDATE:
rather than address any of the issues, Asda requested I remove the first names of the reps involved.
One of these names is already mentioned in another 1 star review by another reviewer, so the policy is clearly to (inconsistently) protect the welfare of staff involved in previous complaints before showing consideration for poorly treated customers.Bridgestone

Tyre replacement
WORST service ever. Highly irresponsible. Needed urgent tyre replacement and ASDA tyres confirmed booking with vendor which on arrival found that they are closed for the whole week. ASDA rebooked for another appointment after 2 days, again reached the shop to find out the tyres have never arrived. Complete waste of time and the bookings slots are done randomly without even checking with the fitters or making the tyres available.
2 Continental Tires
I bought 2 continental tires from them and got 2.5 years old tires and they justified saying the tires are considered new till 5years (poor customer response)..I can bet on my 20 years of driving experience in different countries and different cars that even if the tire is 1 year old the performance on the road changes and the same I felt after getting these tires from them waste of money was better of with the used tires. just because there price is less does not means there tires will be good and new please check the dates before buying or you will be writing a review like me..:-;
