I wasn't sure at first. I hesitated over whether to bother listing a ladder truck at all, worried it would sit forever or that I'd be pestered by tyre-kickers. I’ve used other sites where ads vanish after a month or you get no clue about interest, so I was sceptical. After a couple of weeks my worries eased. The site shows market data and comps, which helped me set a realistic asking price. It also tells you how many views and how often you turn up in searches, which is oddly reassuring. What bugs me is that the past sales list shows sold dates but not how long those adverts were up. That makes the market look busier than it might be. My ad has only been live for 14 days, so I expected it might take longer than a private sale from a dealer; and yes, it’s moving slower than I hoped. Still, I like the layout and the transparency about prices. For collectors and private sellers it's useful. Just be ready to sit on it a bit, or accept a lower offer if you want a quick sale. Overall, pleased enough to keep using it.
