I wanted to check the finance for my car, but when I used this thing, it didn't even give me the right information! I should have just gone to a proper company instead of wasting my time here!
My car check
I took my car in for a check-up and everything seemed fine at first. However, it later turned out that there was actually a major issue with it that they failed to inform me about. I was so annoyed! 😡
Misleading information
The information I received was totally incorrect and a complete waste of money. I've decided to stop the company from getting any more money from me. I wouldn't recommend using this service, it's a scam. I'll be reporting them for fraud.

This company is absolutely terrible! I was expecting a proper check report for my car, but all they gave me was a load of rubbish. I paid them money and got nothing valuable in return. And their customer service? Let's not even go there - it's basically non-existent! I emailed them for help but didn't receive any response at all. Complete waste of time and money. I highly recommend steering clear of this dodgy company!

I just wanted to see how much I could sell my old car for, as I've just got a new one. But then I discovered that this evaluation would set me back £39! And they attempted to take the money without my knowledge! Luckily, my bank caught onto it and blocked the payment. Now I have to wait for a new bank card - what a pain! I'll definitely be checking Trustpilot before using any company in the future.
Payment issue
Like many others, I recently had money taken from my account for a subscription I never agreed to. When I contacted the company, they refused to give me a refund at first. I explained that their website was unclear and led me to believe I needed their services. Only when I threatened legal action and got my bank involved did they agree to a partial refund of £39.90. It took a lot of persistence on my part to push for the full refund of £79.80. After some back and forth, they eventually promised that the whole amount would be refunded within 7 days. Keep fighting, and you might just get your money back in the end.

I very recently bought a vehicle check report from My Car Check and I have to say, I was really impressed with how quick and accurate their service was. The report gave me loads of info about the car I wanted to buy, like its past, how many miles it had done, and if there were any problems to look out for. Everything was laid out really neatly and clearly, which made it simple for me to decide whether or not to go ahead with the purchase.

I recently paid £9.99 for a car check, but I was really let down when I discovered that the MOT details were wrong. It was a real disappointment as I was counting on the information being correct. I definitely won't be using this company again after they took my money and then failed to provide accurate information. When I asked for a refund due to the mistake, they flat out refused. I'm really annoyed at the moment! I purchased a car thinking everything was fine as the report from this place said there was no finance on it. However, it turns out the car actually did have finance on it! Now I could end up losing both the car and the money I paid for it. I regret not using a different service like HPI or Experian, as they offer insurance in case things go wrong. Learn from my mistake, steer clear of this place!

Deceptive subscription fees
This company is just a bunch of deceivers! I checked the car data and was charged £5.95 on 11th August 2028, but then they also took £29.90 from my account on the same day with no subscription details or log-in given. To top it off, they took another £29.90 today with no warning. When I asked them to cancel my unauthorised subscription and refund my money, they only did it when I threatened to dispute the charges with my bank. They try to blindside you with their sneaky tactics and lack of transparency - a really shady operation if you ask me.
