    Lion car battery for seat Arosa

    I do not normally do this but I really want to commend the staff at the Rotherham branch. My battery just failed a week short of the 3year guarantee. I phoned the store and the man on reception was very helpful, positive and set the right tone. I went to the store and queued and just asked a member of staff whether I needed to take the battery off before going into the store. He took my receipt and I took off the old battery. By the time I got to the desk the guy there presented me with the new battery already picked from the warehouse saving me and customers behind me lots of time. What great service, professional staff . Thank you.

    I was really desperate for some oil for my car, so I thought I'd try Euro Car Parts. Their website was so easy to use, especially when I put in my car reg and got a list of oils perfect for my car. I ordered online and chose next day delivery, and to my amazement, I had the oil in my hand just 3 hours later. The delivery speed was amazing and saved me from a sticky situation without oil. All in all, I was really impressed with the service from Euro Car Parts.

    Well, this is the second time I've ordered from this place. The first time, my order never turned up which was really disappointing. Luckily, this time it did arrive, but I was pretty annoyed to find the package had been opened when it got to me. They need to get their delivery people sorted out!

    I recently bought two shock absorbers from the store on Castlereagh Road. Both boxes were already open when they arrived, so it seems like someone had returned them before me. I decided to go ahead and keep them anyway. However, it turned out that the shocks were faulty and it felt like they knew about it but still sold them to me. When I took them back, they charged me an extra £70 for the "correct ones", but it turned out to be the same brand, not even a better one. This whole situation turned out to be a waste of my time, money, and effort, which could have been easily avoided. I would suggest others not to trust them easily like I did.

    I bought a radiator from Euro Car Parts not long ago, but ran into some problems with it. They said it would definitely fit my car, but when it arrived, it was missing an important bleeding nipple.     I ordered a part for my car on Monday and paid extra for next day delivery because I really needed it urgently. But, the part didn't turn up on time as promised. I got in touch with customer service to ask about the delay, and they gave me back the money for the speedy delivery but didn't tell me where my item was. I had no idea when I would get the part I really needed. I was so annoyed that I left a really negative review warning others not to bother ordering from there. However, the company got in touch with me afterwards. They refunded my whole order and even gave me a £15 voucher to make up for the hassle. While I'm grateful for the gesture, the lack of communication and initial letdown still leaves me feeling disappointed.

    I bought a car part using my vehicle's registration number, but when it came, it didn't fit my car! I was really disappointed because I thought I had followed all the steps correctly by entering my reg number.     I bought some coolant from Euro Car Parts for £5.29, but when I looked at my receipt, it showed £6.29 instead. I pointed this out to the cashier, who admitted that the price had gone up but didn't update the label. What really upset me was the lack of an apology and transparency in the whole situation. I asked for the old price to be honoured, but the cashier didn't say anything, which left me feeling disappointed and like I had been cheated. This kind of customer service is not right and it gives a bad view of the company.

The Torquay branch never delivered my order on time, and I couldn't even track it because it was dispatched by their local delivery service. I had to get in touch with customer service at the head office to find out where my order was and when I could expect to receive it. It was a really frustrating experience, especially considering I paid for a premium service.

    Used part mix-up

    I bought a part from this place not long ago and honestly, the service was subpar. The part they sent me looked like it had already been used in someone else's car! So I asked for a discount, but they told me I had to wait two more days for a replacement. The guy there reassured me it would fit my car, but when I looked at it, it just didn't seem right at all. I returned it just 20 minutes later, which was a real waste of my time. I ended up going somewhere else and not only did I find the right part, but it was also cheaper. I'm definitely not going back there again after that chaotic experience.
