I must say that I got the cheapest negotiation here. My colleague friend Samantha has got a Ford from here for 2 days country side wedding. She also gave me lift to the wedding. It is not exactly the first time experience with easycar but I must say booking rental cars in such variety is totally cool. Convenience at the top! I got an Fiat for 7 day road trip with my friends. Thanks Easycar.com you made our journey
Awful. Totally unreliable, invent conditions on the fly
Terrible company. I booked a rental car at Manchester airport with Easirent. On Arrival, the provider told me they require a British license, even though I'm American and haven't been in the country very long. Nothing mentioned in the T&Cs about this, but they said it's their policy. They cancelled the booking and told me to call EasyCar / Cartrawler for a refund. I did, but they refused on the grounds that I'd already passed the pickup time - well yes, obviously, as there was no way of anticipating this problem until I got to the counter. Completely intransigent, they tried to deflect the issue to my residency... in the end, no legal basis for enforcing their rules, which seem to be invented on-the-fly by the Filipino call center staff, yet no refund. I'm contesting the charge with American Express - maybe they can find a resolution. Won't be booking with EasyCar again. Avoid like the plague
