Quick and easy car rental
My experience with the car rental service was really quick and easy. The assistant was super helpful, and in no time at all, I had the keys to the car and was shown where to pick it up. However, when we got to the check-in desk, me and my mate decided to upgrade to a bigger automatic car. Sadly, after driving a bit, we noticed that the car was quite clunky when changing gears automatically. When we mentioned this upon returning the car, the assistant said it had been a known issue before. Looking back, maybe they should have sorted that out before renting the car to us. Despite that little hiccup, all in all, the service was top-notch.
Rental car feedback
We were initially a bit confused because the car model we wanted wasn't available as advertised, but the replacement Dacia they gave us was in great condition and had everything we needed. The whole rental experience went smoothly and made our trip easy and enjoyable. The staff were really helpful and made sure everything from booking to returning the vehicle was seamless. The pricing was fair and clear, giving us good value. Overall, we were pleased with the service and would definitely recommend it to others.
Smooth pick up/drop off process
The process of picking up and dropping off the car was really smooth and quick. The customer service was top-notch, all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Only thing was, I was a bit miffed when they tried to charge me for petrol when I picked up the car even though I had filled it up. Luckily, I did get a refund automatically after two days when I dropped off the car, but it would have been better not to be charged at all. Apart from that, it was a good experience overall, just a small blip.
Smooth booking process
I recently booked a car through this company, and I must say, it was incredibly easy. The process was simple and the value for money was excellent. We collected the car from the Bordeaux airport location, which was very easy to locate. I have to mention the Goldstar staff - they were amazing. They provided excellent service to us and we also saw them interacting with other customers, and they were equally as great with them. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
Car rental experience
I hired a car from this company recently and for the most part, I was pretty happy with the service they provided. The car I got was in good condition, nice and clean, and seemed almost brand new. But, there was a small problem with the electric mirror switch being broken, so I couldn't adjust the side mirrors. It wasn't a big deal for me, but it could be risky for drivers of varying heights.

My experience with renting a car was really easy and stress-free. I made sure I had all the documents I needed like my credit card, driving license and deposit ready to go. The staff were great, really knew their stuff and got everything sorted for me nice and quick.
Easy collection and drop off, minor damage
My experience with the car rental was mostly good. It was easy to pick up the car and even easier to drop it off. However, I did spot a bit of damage on the back door. When I mentioned it to the staff, they said there had been damage before but didn't give me any proof of where or what it was. To be on the safe side, I filmed the car when I collected it and before I returned it, just in case I needed evidence of its condition later on.
New car rental in Ibiza
I hired a car on my recent trip to Ibiza, and I must say, I was really impressed with the whole thing. The rental company's service was top-notch, and I got a brand new car with hardly any miles on it. The car was in fantastic shape and really added to my holiday experience in Ibiza. All in all, it was great value for money and a fabulous experience all round.
Car rental for Alicante
The child seat they gave us was a bit old, but it didn't cause any problems on our journey. The whole experience went really smoothly - no delays and it was easy to locate. The car itself was in fantastic shape, nearly brand new and with hardly any miles on it. I'll definitely choose them again if I come back to Alicante.

I didn't have to queue at the car rental counter at the airport - the car was waiting for me when I arrived. It was clean, worked well, and exceeded my expectations. Everything went smoothly during my trip and returning the car was a breeze.

I found it really easy to book my rental car, and I actually really liked the video they sent me showing the car before and after I used it. It was clean and in great condition.
Quick online booking, long wait, dirty vehicle, poor customer service
I just booked a car rental online and thought the booking process was quick and easy at first. But then, when I went to pick up the car, things went downhill. I had to wait for over an hour before the car was actually ready for me. And when I finally saw the car, I couldn't believe it. It was all scratched and dented, looking like a complete wreck. The inside was in a terrible state too, with dirt and even blood stains on the back seat. The dashboard even had a warning about needing oil, showing that the car hadn't been looked after properly.
Quick and easy pickup
The pickup was really easy and quick, the car and all the paperwork were ready as soon as we got there. We just walked up and were taken straight to our car. But, the car we got wasn't great - it was dirty on the outside and didn't have much power.
Smooth process, lack of proof of returned condition
When I checked out at the car rental place, everything went pretty smoothly. But I was a bit worried because I didn't get any physical proof that I gave the car back in good shape with no scratches. It would have been nice to have some kind of paperwork to show the condition of the car when I returned it.
Low prices but additional waivers add up
I recently hired a car from this company and was happy at first with the cheap prices they were offering. But when I arrived to collect the car, they told me about extra waivers that I needed to consider. This ended up making the total cost much higher, and in the end, it was pretty much the same price as other car rental companies.
Rental car voucher purchase
I'll never use this company again, even if my life depended on it. I bought a voucher for a rental car from them, but when I got to where I was going, there was no car for me. The rental company had cancelled my booking because I hadn't arrived at the exact time they wanted. When I asked for a refund, they blamed me and wouldn't give me my money back. Dealing with them was a nightmare, and I won't be using their services again.
Late night flight, last-minute booking
Despite our flight being delayed and leaving us without a car, the customer service rep I spoke to was really helpful and managed to find us a replacement at short notice. They were clear about the price difference and even helped us avoid paying a cancellation fee.
Quick and smooth booking process
I booked a car using this service not long ago and the booking process was pretty fast and easy. But I was a bit let down when I got the car and it only had 3/8 of a tank of fuel. It was a bit of a pain because I had a long drive coming up. On top of that, I had to get a taxi from the airport to where I was picking up the car, which was an extra cost I wasn't expecting.
