    Trip was so cool

    I had the worst flight in my life and i seriously dealing with driving to the hotel is like a complete package of hell. Thank god, Hoppa was there! the driving was pure bliss and i finally get time to rest

    Worst company ever. I booked for 6 people , because corona virus couldn't go. Could not teach company , flight cancelled.. and online wouldn't work , email was not answered and messages not replied to . Won't refund any the money so I owed all my friends . Simply not right.. they new we wasn't coming as flights cancelled.. even the phone number didn't work .

    Beware if you are thinking of using this company! If it takes more than 35 minutes to clear covid checks, border security & collect your luggage the taxi will leave & Hoppa will accuse you of not showing up!

    The Hoppa transfer taxi only waited 35 minutes after our flight had landed before leaving, not giving us enough time to clear Covid pass checks, border security & collect our luggage.
    Hoppa admitted that the taxi should have waited for 1 hour but refused to accept responsibility as we didn't phone the local agent when we couldn't find their driver. The fact my phones sim would not work in Egypt so I couldn't call the Egyptian agent wasn't taken into consideration.

    An unreliable company that doesn't care about its customers - avoid & use a company focused on providing it's customers with a good reliable service.

    Car transfer

    SHOCKINGLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
    Have only put 1 star as no option for minus or zero stars, I had a Return transfer booked from Dalaman to Marmaris on the 19/05/20 my holiday was cancelled on the 17th, I immediately contacted Hoppa to change my transfer to the 15/09/20 Same airport even the same flight numbers. On the 20/05/20 I received an email saying that my transfer date had now passed and I could not change the booking or receive a refund. I replied to the email to say that my transfer hadn’t passed when I first contacted them to amend my booking but received a reply that said the only thing I could do was contact the complaints department and an email to contact them. I put all the details down including screen shots of my ticket number showing the date I contacted them. I received a reply that said there was nothing I could do as the transfer had passed, I contacted them again to explain that it hadn’t passed when I first contacted them, only to receive another email saying sorry for any stress this may cause but we are not prepared to do anything about it but I could have 15% of a one way journey if I wanted to book again. As somebody who has used Hoppa at least twice a year for the last 8 years and sung there praises I find this totally unacceptable, enough for me to write my first critical review of any Company. Be warned great company when things go well but you’re on your own when it doesn’t
