17 — which was rubbish, I was in the front room. I waited the next day too, wasted time. No clear contact details either, so I felt a bit scammed. The moment I felt properly satisfied was when a helpful adviser finally phoned, apologised and organised a replacement plus refund for the postage. Relief, plain and simple. Would advise others to get a direct number and insist on tracking.
