Most of the parcel was spot on, which made the last bit more frustrating. I fitted the blades as soon as they arrived for another car and the two front wipers were fine, but the rear one wasn’t for my vehicle despite using the registration number. Delivery itself was prompt. Customer service then said I’d chosen incorrectly, rather than sorting a £6 blade. It’s a shame, as my three earlier orders had gone smoothly.
Less fuss than I expected
Funny how a small thing like wiper blades can feel a bit daunting when you’ve never ordered them yourself. My neighbour mentioned this site, and entering the registration made the choice much less of a guess. They feel sturdy and wipe the screen smoothly, even in the morning drizzle. Fitting them took me a minute or two longer than expected, but that was probably me being cautious. Not the cheapest option I saw, though honestly the convenience made it worthwhile. Delivery was quick too.
Wipers, wrong turn
Honestly, this was more faff than buying wiper blades should ever be. I entered my registration, trusted the website, and got sent blades that didn’t fit. Bit annoying, but the return was the real circus. There’s no obvious returns section, so I had to email first and wait for a DPD QR code. Then two local drop-off shops couldn’t print the label because their machines weren’t set up properly. Third time lucky, apparently. I’ve had smoother returns with other car-parts firms, which made this feel even more frustrating. At least the third shop knew the drill.
A decent find through the neighbour
Oddly enough, my neighbour mentioned your site after I’d wasted time in the usual car shops. I needed Bosch wipers for a Citroën C3 and was relieved they were actually the right ones, rather than another ‘close enough’ option. Delivery came sooner than the tracking suggested, which was a nice surprise. Customer service answered a small query without making it a fuss. Packaging could have been a bit sturdier, but fitting was straightforward. Glad I gave you a try, honestly.
