BMW brake discs and pads
I bought some new brake discs and pads for my BMW from this website not long ago. I was really impressed by the quality of the parts - they were even better than I expected. I'd been struggling to find parts like these at the usual stores in the UK, so it was a pleasant surprise to come across them here. The prices were good too, and the delivery was quick; the parts arrived just a few days after I ordered them.
Account setup issue
I wanted to buy some things, but the payment went through automatically from my Paypal account and then it took ages to actually get shipped. I tried reaching out to them, but didn't hear anything back. In the end, I had to ask for a refund.
Quick delivery needed
I needed my car parts in a hurry and thought this company would get them to me quickly. But, I was let down. Turns out, they're not even based in the UK, even though they look like they are. They're just a front for a German company, so don't hold your breath for your parts. If you want your parts on time, I'd recommend trying somewhere else.

I had an awful experience with this company. I called their customer services twice with a question and both times I was left feeling more frustrated and confused. During one call, the representative told me to email my question and promised a reply within 2 working days. However, over a week later, I got a useless reply that didn't help at all. This lack of communication and unhelpful responses made it difficult for me to get the information I needed. Also, I ordered car parts that were supposed to be in stock, but they took forever to arrive. It felt like they were coming from Timbuktu instead of Europe. Overall, my experience with this company was really disappointing and I wouldn't use them again or recommend them to anyone.

I recently bought something from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed. The price was great, the whole process was smooth, and the item arrived quickly. Thermostat and anti freeze
I bought a thermostat and some anti-freeze, paid for it, and then waited. The website seemed British, but it's actually Autodoc in Germany! They took ages to dispatch the items, used Evri (another one-star company), and Evri didn't even make an attempt to deliver. I've tried to get in touch with them but no luck so far. I also contacted Autodoc, and they said they would follow up on the issue, but nothing has happened. Now I don't have the parts and neither company is responding. It seems like they have just taken my money and disappeared.
Urgent car part purchase
I bought a car part from this shop and it was sent out quite a while ago using Evri. The delivery company has had my package for 5 whole days now and it still hasn't shown up! I sent them an email, telling them that I really need the part for an MOT and I'm stuck without my car, but all they said was to be patient. They don't seem to care about my problem at all, it's really annoying!
TPMS valves ordered
As someone who's used 123spareparts before, I was a bit anxious at first because of all the bad reviews I'd seen. But I've got to admit, I was pleasantly surprised by the great service I received. I ordered 2 TPMS valves late on a Thursday, and they arrived neatly packed up on Tuesday morning. The delivery was quick, and the products were exactly what I expected based on the website. I was really impressed by how efficient and professional the company was.

I thought I was ordering parts from a UK company, but turns out they're actually based in Germany. Waited a week, got a tracking number that doesn't work for the carrier they say they use. Can't reach them directly, gotta go through a third-party. If they just sent the item out sooner instead of waiting 3 days and then waiting till 5 days after the weekend, they could be a really good company.

When I asked about it, I was just told to check the tracking, which didn't really help. By the time the item arrived, it was too late as I'd already bought another one from a different place. I tried to get in touch with the company for a refund but, as expected, got no response. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
Febi camshaft adjusters
I bought some Febi camshaft adjusters from this company thinking they were German quality parts. But when they finally arrived after 2 weeks, I was gutted to find out they were actually Chinese parts. Luckily, the customer service team was really quick to sort things out and gave me a full refund.

I put in my order on a Friday before a bank holiday Monday, and I was proper pleased when it showed up on the Tuesday after. The delivery was dead quick and without any bother, and the product was spot on - just what I was after. Wrong part received
I bought a part for my car from this place and guess what - they sent me the wrong thing! So, I tried to return it for a refund and you wouldn't believe the excuses they came up with! They kept asking me to send pictures and videos, what a pain! And then, to top it all off, they still wouldn't sort it out in the end. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and don't bother ordering from them, they're absolutely rubbish!
Engine oil purchase nightmare
I can't believe how difficult it was to get the correct engine oil sent to me. I waited for over 2 months, and three times I received the wrong product and not enough of it! It seems like they didn't even bother to double-check the order before shipping it out. The final straw was when I got 2 bottles of the wrong oil, and the order confirmation didn't match what I had ordered online. I had to ask for a refund in the end. What a complete waste of time and energy!
Received correct part within a week

I must admit I didn't check the reviews before buying, which made me a bit nervous. But I think people are more likely to leave reviews when things go wrong, so you might want to take my experience with a pinch of salt.
