Half-fitted brakes and too many phone calls
wait another seven days, and then we’ll decide whether to resend or refund. Fine, except every time I rang back they said they’d contact the warehouse and get back to me in 24 hours — which never happened. I phoned on the 27th, 28th and then the 29th. Same promises, same silence. On the 29th I rang Chronopost who confirmed they had nothing and asked me to get “proof of deposit” from the seller. So I called again and asked for exactly that. They said they’d send it and get back by the end of the day. Chronopost hadn’t received anything by mid-afternoon, and when I chased Autodoc they told me the warehouse needed seven days to respond. One of the reps even hung up on me.
Right, that’s the bad bit — poor communication, slow processing and unhelpful follow-up. Now the odd pleasant surprise: when the parts finally did arrive, they fit well and felt solid under the car. The pads and discs did the job and actually improved the feel of the pedal, which I hadn’t expected after this whole palaver. So product quality: decent. The rest of it — ordering and delivery experience — left a sour taste. I’ll think twice before using them again.Outdoor cover? Not really.
a dozen emails, loads of pointless questions about VIN, fuel type and engine power (why?) and constant reassurances that it was the correct item. Eventually they agreed to a return but now want me to pay postage back, which I find unreasonable after their wrong photo. It’s been an irritating waste of time and I’d hoped for a quicker, cleaner solution. The cover itself could work under a garage but not for what I actually needed.

Bilstein B6 dampers
I just bought some dampers from this online store because they were on offer. Everything went really smoothly, from looking at their website to placing my order. Brilliant service, lack of follow-up
When Autodoc is working properly, it's fabulous. However, when there's a problem, they do let you know but don't provide much detail. The next working day isn't as quick as you'd hope for. Overall, the service was good but there was a lack of follow-up when problems arose.
VW Scirocco tailgate latch purchase
I managed to save a bundle by getting the VW Scirocco tailgate latch from this website. The garage told me it would take 4 weeks to replace and cost quite a bit. Thanks to Autodoc, I got the part fast and I was able to install it myself the next day by watching a YouTube video. Great service all round!
Purchased car parts
I've got to say, Autodoc is absolutely fantastic. They've got loads of suppliers for all kinds of car parts and the prices are really great. Honestly, they're the best around! It might take a little while for shipping, but when you see the quality of the parts and the prices, you can't go wrong. Autodoc is definitely my first choice for car parts now.
Quick and efficient service
I went ahead and booked online, and then got a phone call pretty quickly after I'd placed my order. The work got done the very next day, and the team even regassed my air con as well as checking for any leaks or faults. The staff were really nice and welcoming, and the prices were spot on. I reckon I'll definitely use this service again down the line.
MK2 Golf part
I bought a part for my MK2 Golf from Autodoc recently and I have to say I was really happy with the product. It was exactly what I needed and came within a week of ordering it. This was actually my fourth time ordering from Autodoc, and even though the delivery was slow on my previous three orders, I was pleasantly surprised by how quick this one was. 'Value for money'
The delivery to the UK ended up taking longer than I thought because all the stuff comes from Europe. I really should've clocked that before I ordered. But if you're not in a rush and you're getting parts for future fixes, Autodoc has top-notch prices and quality products that are difficult to find elsewhere. The customer service lot were dead helpful, proper professional, and quick off the mark. 👍
Headlight and fog light purchase
My recent experience with Autodoc has been really disappointing. I bought a headlight and fog light from them, but they sent me the wrong part. Trying to sort out this mistake was a nightmare. They asked for many photos of the wrong part, both inside and outside the packaging, and all the labels too. After doing all of that, they told me to send the part back, but not in its original packaging. The whole process was so frustrating and took up a lot of my time. To make things worse, I had to wait nearly a month just for a dispatch email. I sent the part back in February 2024 and still haven't got my refund. Overall, it was a really bad experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through.
Quality car parts at great prices
Autodoc is where I always head to for top-notch car parts that don't break the bank. I've never been let down by any of the stuff I've bought, and they always turn up when they say they will. They've got loads to choose from, and their website is dead simple to use. I reckon Autodoc is the place to go for anything you need for your car.
New brake pads and oil filter
I had a bit of a rubbish time with this company, to be honest. I ordered some brake pads and an oil filter, but it felt like an eternity for them to sort out my order and get it to me. I was waiting around forever! They were pretty speedy at taking my money, mind you. When I asked for a refund, they said it would take a few days to process. The parts they sell are decent, but everything else about them is a bit slow and frustrating, if you ask me.

Expert advice, good prices, quality
I must say, my experience with this seller was top-notch. The advice they provided really helped me choose the right product. The prices were fair and the quality of the items I bought was superb. But, I have to admit, the delivery service from Evri was a letdown. They didn't seem to care about what I needed and changed the delivery time out of the blue, which was rather inconvenient. It's such a pity that a great seller like this is being dragged down by their delivery partners. I wonder if they'll be able to overcome this hurdle.
Recent parts order
I was well pleased with the parts I ordered - great quality and a lot cheaper than what I could get at the motor factors down the road, even with the extra postage costs. The delivery time wasn't too bad either, usually arriving in 4 or 5 days. I'd definitely recommend them.
Brake pads and car parts
I was really impressed with Autodoc, both with how quick they delivered and how good their prices were. I think it's great that they get their stuff from Europe because it means I can get top brands for a much cheaper price than I would from UK suppliers.
