    The service from this company is top-notch, always exceptional. I've bought honey from them countless times and I'm always blown away by how efficient and professional they are. The prices they offer are brilliant, allowing me to get a double pack of honey every time I order. And let me tell you, the delivery is lightning-fast. I placed an order on a Tuesday and it was at my doorstep the very next day, which was a lovely surprise as I was expecting to wait longer.     I have been using this for a while now and I believe I have had a real experience with it and can speak about it to many and in doing this I also wanna ( hoping I can ) convince you to get and use some it these since it has worked perfectly with me.
    In a nutshell, Comvita honey being so natural has provided a whole lot of benefits for me and my kiddo James. From skin repair to oral health to immune system support to growth and even to helping me fight cough after a hell of serious work or after I catch a cold. I have enjoyed no much supplements other than Comvita and I'll keep the patronage still.

    3 pack of manuka honey

    I bought a 3 pack of manuka honey online the other day. Sadly, one of the jars was damaged when it arrived. So, I got in touch with customer service and they quickly sent me a new jar. The honey tasted amazing, just as good as I hoped it would be based on the brand's good reputation and UMF certificate that I really care about.

    Tea tree oil purchase

    I've just bought some tea tree oil and I've got to say, I was really impressed with it. It arrived in excellent condition and had a good best before date, which is always a good sign. The quality of the oil itself was fantastic, exactly what I was after. I'll definitely be buying from here again in the future.

    Subscription order issue

    I'm absolutely fuming! I gave them a ring twice today because my subscription order got all mixed up, and the bloke just kept cutting me off. It's ridiculous, all I wanted was a bit of assistance, but he wouldn't quit banging on about needing an order number. After ages, I managed to locate it in my email, and he still ended the call! Simply awful customer service, no doubt about it.

    Honey gift, over £60, multiple emails

    I recently bought something from your website and was expecting to get the free honey gift for orders over £60. Sadly, I never got any instructions on how to claim it, so I assumed it would automatically come with my order. To make sure I didn't miss out, I sent a bunch of emails to your team reminding them about the free gift while my order was being processed. But, much to my disappointment, the package arrived without the promised gift because I hadn't specifically asked for it. I tried to cancel the order before it was sent out, but was told that wasn't possible. Your customer service team then wouldn't send the gift separately, saying they couldn't add it to my order afterwards. I even offered to send back the whole package without opening it, but they said I'd have to pay for the return. This whole thing has really left me feeling frustrated and let down by the service I received.

    Regular customer, last order issue

    I used to be a regular customer and never had any problems with my orders until my last purchase. Sadly, when my box turned up, it was totally empty. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service several times over the last fortnight, but I haven't heard anything back or any acknowledgment of the problem. It's very annoying to be ignored and left out of pocket. As a loyal customer, this lack of communication and responsibility is totally unacceptable. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again.

    Mistaken order cancellation

    I accidentally ordered something online and I tried to cancel it straight away, but the customer service wouldn't let me cancel it even though it hadn't been sent out yet. I don't understand why they can't just cancel it since it's still in progress. It's so annoying!

    Vitamins and honey

    I really enjoy purchasing their vitamins and honey, they taste amazing and make me feel fantastic! I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but this recent delivery was really disappointing. It took so long to arrive, and one of the items was missing because it was out of stock. To make matters worse, another item had a close expiry date, which is not ideal at all. I might have to consider shopping somewhere else next time.

    Double order, one delivered with missing free gift, one delayed delivery

    I've had a bit of a rough time with my orders recently. The first one didn't come with the free gift that was promised, and when I tried to sort it out, the customer service team didn't really help at all. The second order is also running late and still hasn't turned up. It's frustrating that they won't just give me the free gift for the first order, especially when it's included in the second. It would be much better if they just credited it for the next order instead of making me go through the hassle of refunding and repurchasing the same things. All in all, I'm pretty disappointed with the service and how these problems are being dealt with.

    Honey purchase missing items

    I recently bought some honey from your shop and it was a disaster. The packaging was really bad and over half of the things I ordered were missing. When I tried to get help from customer service, I just couldn't get through on chat. The emails I got back were so basic and didn't help with my problems at all. It seems like no one is really listening to my issues. I would suggest to anyone else to steer clear of buying from your shop.

    Unacceptable customer service experience

    My experience with the customer service at this company has been incredibly disappointing. I made an order on the 15th of January and still haven't got it. I've sent multiple emails to their customer service team but haven't heard anything back. Also, when I tried calling the customer service number, it just keeps on ringing with no answer. It's just not on to be this disorganised and uncommunicative.
