you can have a slow delivery, but silence feels like being ignored, and it changes the whole experience. I did ring Groupon for clarity and they were clear the coupon is their platform and the supplier deals with fulfilment, so I chased the supplier — twice by email — and got nothing back. I also posted a review to share what happened and that was removed; their reply later suggested Trustpilot took it down because of the Groupon connection, but that misses the point — I didn’t receive the items and I tried to resolve it directly. I wouldn’t recommend relying on this supplier unless you’re comfortable with the possibility of no communication. Slightly disappointed, because the price looked good, but communication matters more to me than a bargain.
Decent product, patchy support
I ordered with a Groupon voucher because it looked like a sensible bargain and I was a bit sceptical at first. The product itself was fine when it turned up, but getting there was messy — originally delayed because of demand, and then the promised 50% reactivation with free delivery somehow went pear-shaped. I placed a second order, got confirmation, then later was told it hadn't been processed correctly (apparently I’d used the wrong part of the site) so the voucher terms didn’t apply. I complained and heard nothing back — no proper reply, no apology. On the plus side the replacement parcel arrived in reasonable time and the items were okay, so delivery redeemed things somewhat, even if customer service let it down.
