Morning drops did most of the job
I’m not hungry until lunch, maybe a bit queasy sometimes (oddly okay with that), so they help curb that first craving. They don’t completely kill the “food noise” in my head though, so don’t expect magic. Tablets and gummies felt a lot less effective for me, more like extras. On the plus side the drops and gummies actually taste nice — best taste I’ve found after trying loads of similar stuff. Value-wise they’re reasonable if they work for you. Still, I can’t shake the worry some reviews are paid for, but personally I’d recommend trying the drops first.
