Late-night emails used to end in a trip to the loo; not any more. I’ve been taking Rob Keller’s OGF and AID for around ten years now. I pop one in the morning and sometimes another in the evening if I remember. Sleep actually improved — solid nights rather than waking up — and afternoons at work feel clearer, which was a surprise. I’ve got steadier energy all day and recover quicker after a hard gym session. My immune system seems stronger too. I do forget a dose now and then, but honestly it still makes a real difference.
Little victories with my hip
Two winters ago I was sceptical — supplements promise the moon — but after a dodgy hip replacement and years of creaky mornings I took the plunge. I pop this OGF every day now, usually with my tea, and it's become as routine as brushing my teeth. Did it make me 30 again? No, but most days the old hip doesn't shout at me and I can walk the dog without wincing, which is huge. I still get stiffness after a long day, and sometimes I forget to take it, which proves it's doing something. Price is a bit steeper than supermarket tablets, yet for the relief and fewer grimacing faces, it's worth it. Would recommend, cautiously but happily.
