Halfway through deciding I almost pulled the plug — I’d had poor experiences elsewhere so I was wary. The parcel turned up exactly as described and quality was spot on, and Coco messaged regularly which calmed me down. My doubts mostly evaporated; glad I gave them a go. It felt simple and professional, I’ll order again when I need to.
Bit slow but refunded in the end

Mixed start, decent finish
Strange start. Tracking gave me a baffling line about GLS Spain not updating, and it read like a riddle. I’d ordered only a few days earlier, so I was half ready to write it off. I sent a couple of emails, expecting silence. To my surprise Coco replied the next day, explained the carrier mix-up and gave an ETA. Delivery then arrived right on that revised day. So yeah, sceptical at first, then pleasantly surprised. Service saved it. Their reply was friendly, not robotic. If you're like me, don’t panic — drop them a message. Might save you a hair‑pulling evening.
Nearly had it in my hands
I was actually picturing it on my desk, thinking how solid the finish would feel and how easy the RDA would be to wick. Paid straight away. Took the money with no fuss. Then the waiting began. An email next day told me it wasn’t in stock after all and could I pick something else. That wasn’t what I wanted, so I cancelled. Five follow-ups later and still nothing. It’s annoying because other shops have sorted things quicker for me. Oddly, the product photos and specs were spot on — that was a bit of a surprise. Overall, the experience left a sour taste. Could’ve been handled so much better.
Still waiting on a refund
I wasn't sure about ordering from a company I'd only found online and my doubts grew fast. I placed an order and it took three to four days before I got any reply — already not great. Then they said the item wouldn't ship for a couple of weeks and would take about 20 days once sent (none of that was on the website). I cancelled because that wasn't acceptable, was told I'd be refunded, and waited. Ten days later no refund, and now my emails just stop — they don't reply. So my worries before buying were justified, sadly. I'm annoyed and worried about the money. If you're thinking of ordering, ensure payment protection or pick someone else.
Grey promised, pink delivered
items listed as available that clearly weren't. It feels like they took the order knowing they had no stock or ETA. I asked if black was possible and when the pods would arrive; three days later they admitted pink was the only option and they had no restock date for pods. Dry, frustrating, a bit sloppy.
After kicking up a fuss they did sort it — offered a partial refund and a replacement sent quickly, and the pods turned up within a week. Not perfect, but the follow-up was competent enough. I've had worse experiences with other sellers who simply disappear, so this wasn't the absolute worst.
Overall I stayed sceptical the whole time, but the way they handled the fix nudged me towards mild satisfaction. I'd warn people: check stock twice and be ready to ask for a refund or change. They should be clearer on availability, but at least they made an effort to put it right in the end.
