I wasn't sure about ordering from a company I'd only found online and my doubts grew fast. I placed an order and it took three to four days before I got any reply — already not great. Then they said the item wouldn't ship for a couple of weeks and would take about 20 days once sent (none of that was on the website). I cancelled because that wasn't acceptable, was told I'd be refunded, and waited. Ten days later no refund, and now my emails just stop — they don't reply. So my worries before buying were justified, sadly. I'm annoyed and worried about the money. If you're thinking of ordering, ensure payment protection or pick someone else.
Grey promised, pink delivered
items listed as available that clearly weren't. It feels like they took the order knowing they had no stock or ETA. I asked if black was possible and when the pods would arrive; three days later they admitted pink was the only option and they had no restock date for pods. Dry, frustrating, a bit sloppy.
After kicking up a fuss they did sort it — offered a partial refund and a replacement sent quickly, and the pods turned up within a week. Not perfect, but the follow-up was competent enough. I've had worse experiences with other sellers who simply disappear, so this wasn't the absolute worst.
Overall I stayed sceptical the whole time, but the way they handled the fix nudged me towards mild satisfaction. I'd warn people: check stock twice and be ready to ask for a refund or change. They should be clearer on availability, but at least they made an effort to put it right in the end.
