But, after listening to his advice, I realised I needed to put my pride to one side and take on board his feedback. It was like a wake-up call from a wise parent. Andrei knew his stuff and gave me the right solutions for my project. Like they say, it's better to be in the dark for a short time and then see the light. I really appreciate honesty and straight talk, and that's exactly what I got from Andrei. He even went the extra mile by looking at other options for certain tasks, which was really helpful. The only downside was the delivery of the solar panels, which took a bit longer than I hoped, about a week and a half. But, if you plan ahead and can be patient, the prices and communication from the company outweigh any delays. In the end, it was a good experience as a customer.

I recommend getting in touch with them via email to make sure they have the items you need in stock before placing an order. I did have a slight hiccup with some parts being out of stock when I ordered online, but I got a speedy refund.
8x Lithium batteries order
I recently bought 8 lithium batteries from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The advice I got when I placed my order was so helpful, and the delivery was super quick. They even sorted out all the customs stuff for me, so it was all really easy. I've been getting inverters from this place for a while now. I bought two 8kw ones and a 7.2kw inverter, and haven't had any issues with them. The guys who work there, Andrei and Stefanos, really know their stuff and are always helpful. They communicate quickly and clearly about their products. I'll definitely continue to use them in the future, and I'm even thinking about getting a wind turbine from them.

I was really let down by the company's aftercare service at first. I waited almost two months without any updates or solution for my Victron warranty item. Communication just seemed to dry up completely, which was so frustrating and made me feel ignored. It wasn't until I raised my concerns and made two more complaints to Victron that the issue was eventually sorted out.

I've just got this really awesome new inverter for my boat because the old one packed in! I ordered it from this great website just before Christmas, and it got here really quickly. Thanks to these guys at the company, my boat is running smoothly once more! They even kept me updated with emails. I'll definitely be recommending them to others!
Portable power supply purchase
I was really disappointed with the delivery service from this company. I waited all day for my portable power supply to arrive, only to get a notification at 4pm saying there was a "time constraint preventing delivery". They didn't give me any idea of when to expect it beforehand, which left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. When I tried to get in touch with them, they didn't respond at first. Eventually, when they did reply, they told me it would come on Monday, despite my worries about leaving an expensive and heavy battery outside. To my surprise, the product actually arrived on Saturday while I was out, and they just left it on my doorstep. Luckily, it didn't rain, but the lack of care for delivering such a valuable item is really shocking.
LED lighting fixtures
The LED lighting fixtures I bought from this company were top-notch and just what I needed. The website was easy to use, but I did have a bit of trouble when the page wouldn't save for me to buy later, which was annoying. It would be great if they could fix this issue in the future because it's a real pain, especially after finding the perfect products.
50kw off-grid solar PV system
Voltacon designed and installed our off-grid 50kw solar PV system. It did take about 4 weeks for them to get everything sorted, but they kept us in the loop the whole time. They even threw in a free online monitoring package and managed to set up everything from the UK.
Heavy battery ordered, delivered next day for £10
You really can't beat the superfast delivery from TNT! Some other suppliers charge an arm and a leg for pallet delivery, so I'm pleased I discovered this company. They even replied to my question outside of their usual hours, now that's what I call great service.
Batteries for my system
I bought some batteries for my system not long ago and was really pleased with how quickly they arrived and how helpful the customer service team was. Everything turned up just like I was expecting it to, so I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
