5kw solar system with batterys
Having bought the kit which cost thousands ,excuses for the delay 6 months delivery then wrong fuses and trying to get a firmware update has taken weeks for them to send (this they tell me will resolve a display issue) having recieved a link to the firmware now which is password protected for which sent the wrong password they have sent me another password which also does not work ,its now been a few weeks and still no replys to my request for the correct password.I will update here and other review sites soon
310w edging solar panel
Had better results from a 100w solar panel from amazon than I did with my 310w panel. Contacted them various times to report my suspicion that the panel is faulty but they have never got back in touch. Name says it all really. Voltacon!

I ordered the goods March 14th. I got the package after a week or so, but they managed to send me the wrong part. I got the "SNMP PVI-MCN-EN" card instead. It is a card that will fit in the inverter I own, but it cannot be used for what I had in mind.
So since March 24th, I have reached out to them in several emails and also by using their contact page, around 5 times now, but I have not got any answers back from them.
I want them to send me the part that i ordered, and provide me with a way to return the card they sent me by mistake, if they want it returned.
But so far I have not heard anything from them, and since they do not list any phone numbers, it is hard to get hold of them.
