Installation by Aaron
I recently had the pleasure of using the services of this company for an installation done by an employee called Aaron. I was really impressed with how professional and detail-oriented he was. The installation was done perfectly and Aaron made sure to clean up after himself, leaving no mess. He also took the time to explain the installation process clearly so that I understood everything. I was grateful for the way he showed me that the speed of the connection was what I paid for. At first, I wasn't sure about the quality of the connection after the installation, but I was happy to discover that it was smooth and reliable.
Fiber broadband subscription
As someone who uses 4th Utility, I have to say I'm really disappointed with the service I've been getting. The speeds they said I'd get are nothing like what they advertised, and it's so annoying dealing with such slow internet. And the fact that customer service seems to be ignoring me is really worrying - live chat, email, phone calls, nothing seems to work. It's just not right for a company to treat its customers like this, making us feel ignored and abandoned. I would advise anyone thinking about using 4th Utility to be careful and think hard before signing up.
Installation by Josh
Josh did a fantastic job with the installation work. He was really quick, super efficient, and showed a lot of professionalism the whole time. Not only did he get the job done well, but he also gave some really good advice on where to put the router for the best performance. I would definitely recommend Josh to anyone who needs a reliable and skilled technician.
New connection installation
Adrian Kirkham, the engineer who came over to set up my new connection, was really top-notch. He knew what he was doing and got everything sorted out quickly. I was really impressed with how well he knew his stuff and how careful he was with the details. I'm really thankful for his amazing service.
Smart home installation
The smart home installation went really well. The engineer, Nasser Torrez, did a brilliant job - he was professional, tidy, and explained everything clearly. Before starting, he made sure I knew what he was going to do, which I found really helpful. The installation itself went smoothly and there were no problems at all. New router installation by Obinna Agbasonu
I was really impressed with the service I received from Obinna Agbasonu at 4th Utility. He did a great job installing our new router and showed a lot of expertise. I would definitely recommend 4th Utility for their quick and professional service, and I want to give a special mention to Obinna for his excellent work ethic.
Smart home installation
When the professional came to set up my smart home system, he was really friendly and easy to talk to. We chatted about how the installation would work and he made sure I was happy with everything. He worked hard and got everything done quickly, making sure to leave my home nice and tidy when he finished. I was really impressed with how professional he was and the high quality of his work.
Home network installation
The engineer, Naveed Khan, did a brilliant job with setting up my home network. He was really nice and professional the whole time. Naveed talked through various options for the modem and cables, making sure everything was done in the best way possible. He even went the extra mile to show me the setup once it was finished to make sure I was happy with it. Naveed made sure everything was working perfectly before he left which gave me peace of mind. Overall, I'm really happy with the service from 4th Utility.
Gigabit internet service
The internet service is pretty quick, but the router they gave us isn't great and the prices just keep going up. Plus, because of the poor peering and routing, it's affecting our experience overall, meaning we've had to use a VPN to get better performance.
Installation process explained
I've just had the pleasure of working with someone from 4th Utility and they did a really good job explaining the installation process to me. Adrian Kirkham was so knowledgeable and made sure I got everything before we carried on. He was also really friendly and easy to chat to, which made the whole thing even better. I can't fault the service I got at all.
Wifi installation by professional engineer
I had a brilliant experience with the engineer who popped round to set up my wifi. His name was Josh Davis and he was really good at what he does. Josh was dead professional the whole time. He made everything clear and got the job done with no fuss. He was well clued up and left everything nice and tidy once he was done.
Installation service by Naveed Khan
Naveed Khan popped over to do some installation work at my house and he did a brilliant job, without any mishaps. He made sure I understood everything and his professionalism really stood out to me.
High-speed internet installation
I've just had high-speed internet set up by the company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the service. I registered early in the morning and by 10am that same day, the engineers showed up to install the service. Matthew Hall and his colleague did the installation, and they were both great. They knew a lot about the service, were really friendly, and even cleaned up after themselves. I'm so happy with the faster internet speed I'm now getting, it's almost 100 times quicker than before.
Broadband internet connection installation by James Clifton
The installation engineer, James Clifton, did a really good job setting up our broadband internet connection, especially the Optical Fiber system. You could tell he knew his stuff and was very professional the whole time. I just wanted to say thanks for all his hard work and effort. It made the installation experience nice and smooth.
Fibre optic broadband installation
Josh Davis, the technician who came round, was absolutely fantastic. Right from the start, he was bang on time and really knew his stuff. He took the time to explain everything about the installation and happily answered all my questions. The work he did was top-notch and now I've got a flawless internet connection. Josh was great at keeping me in the loop, making sure I knew what was happening and dealing with any worries straight away.
Quick installation, High speed broadband, Affordable
Engineer Aaron has done a brilliant job with the installation - quick and tidy. The high-speed broadband he's set up is top-notch, and the prices are actually really reasonable.
Home internet service
I want to say a big thank you for the clear and helpful communication from the customer service representative. They really took the time to explain each step of the installation process, which was so reassuring. It showed me that your company values transparency and made me feel really confident in choosing your service. Thank you for the outstanding customer service.
Broadband service
I recently signed up for broadband service and it was an absolute nightmare. The installation process was a disaster because there was no main/power line coming into my building. This lack of basic inspection before signing up caused unnecessary delays and chaos. The company had poor planning and communication which left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. As a result, my walls were drilled but I had no internet connection. It was a major disruption to my daily life.
Cable broadband purchase
I recently signed up for cable broadband with this company because they were offering three months of free service. However, I had a really bad experience with their customer support. The engineer who came to install the router made a mess in our hallway, and the main problem was the terrible reception and connectivity of the service. Our Wi-Fi kept cutting out, and our iPhones couldn't pick up a signal more than five yards away from the router. I called technical support multiple times, but they couldn't fix the issues, so I was left feeling frustrated and ignored.
I eventually decided to cancel my contract, luckily still within the cooling off period. But when I told them I wanted to cancel, they immediately cut off my broadband, leaving us without internet for a week until we could switch to a different provider. This lack of consideration for our needs, especially with the importance of internet for NHS services, really disappointed and frustrated me. I strongly recommend not falling for their three months free internet offer because the customer support and service quality just isn't worth it.Support service provided by Charles Jones
I just wanted to share how great the customer service was when I spoke with someone from 4th Utility. They really went above and beyond to help me out and I was really impressed. The person I spoke to was so professional and knowledgeable, it was really impressive. I was so happy with the level of service I received and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing help.
