I recently got my hands on the 52cc Multicutter after my old gear packed in. The website was really easy to use, and I found what I needed in no time. Missing part
I got in touch the other day about a missing part and was really happy with how quickly the customer service team sorted it out. I sent my message on a Bank Holiday Monday, so I wasn't expecting to hear back until the next day, but I actually got an email the very next day just to say they'd received it. The missing part turned up by Wednesday without any hassle. I have to give credit to Muhammad from customer service, he was really polite and helpful in our emails. All customer service people should be as good as him - professional and quick to help.
16-inch lawn mower purchase
This 16-inch lawn mower is such a pain to use, unless you've got a lawn that's like a dried-up desert. The grass chute is tiny, so it keeps getting blocked even with just a bit of damp grass. And the grass collection box? Pretty much pointless because it fills up in no time. I've had this mower for nearly two years now, and these problems haven't gone away. When I tried to get help from Hyundai customer service, they were useless, saying it's been too long since I bought it.

I recently bought three Hyundai power tools - the Sucker Blower, the cordless chainsaw, and the cordless hedge trimmer. I have to say, they're all brilliant bits of kit. The quality is top-notch, and they've really helped me out with my gardening jobs. I'd definitely suggest Hyundai power tools to anyone in need of some reliable and effective gear for their outdoor work. And having a three-year warranty is a nice bonus too, it gives me peace of mind and shows it's a good investment.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Took over a week and a half to deliver the machine. Don't respond to emails.
Machine is useless. 1st time using it, in dry conditons on medium length grass, some might say ideal conditions to cut. Well, this machine fails in everyway. Bag fills a quarter of the way before dumping grass back on the lawn. Breaks after running out of fuel. Refilled it, went to start it but it kept cutting out. Never encountered such a terrible machine in all my years of cutting grass.
Phoned the company to be told that the only option would be to dismantle the unit, drain all the fluids, repackage it and wait of their couriers to collect (no replacement) they take it away to determine the outcome!
DON'T USE THESE FRAUDSTERS!
