15 bottles of non-alcoholic beers
This company has a fantastic range of non-alcoholic beers that I really enjoy. I'm a big fan of their high-quality products and always eagerly anticipate receiving my box. The delivery is super quick, and the service is outstanding. I'm so thankful for the convenience of having these beers delivered directly to my doorstep.
Prompt and safe delivery
I've been coming here for a while now and I've never had any problems with my orders. They always arrive on time and in good condition, the packaging is really secure. Also, they keep me in the loop with updates through email, so I always know what's going on with my order.
Beer cases purchase
I recently checked out the beer selection at Beer Hunter, and I must say it's quite impressive. They have a nice variety of beer cases available at reasonable prices. Ordering online is super convenient, and the delivery is quick and safe, making the whole shopping experience really pleasant.
However, I do have a small issue to mention about the packaging. I bought two cases, but they were delivered in a single box. For some people, this might not be a big deal, but personally, I found the one box to be a bit heavy and hard to handle, especially considering my age. It was also a bit of a hassle to recycle the packaging since I had to tear up the box, whereas individual cases would have made it easier to dispose of them with the empty bottles still inside.Beer glass

When the package finally arrived, it had the glass and an apology card for the delay, but the beer I ordered was missing. I got in touch with Beer Hunter about it, but they took a while to sort it out. I was disappointed because I hadn't had any issues with them before. After contacting them again, they did eventually fix the problem and I appreciated their efforts to make it right.
Craft beers
The craft beers they had on offer were top-notch, but I was gutted that the delivery service messed up my order not just once, but twice! It was a right pain having to sort out all the mix-ups after getting myself hyped up to sample those tasty brews.
Incorrect order received
I ordered a dozen AF beers from this place, but what I got was only 8 non-AF beers. It's been nearly two weeks since I got the wrong order, and they haven't sorted it out or said sorry. The responses I've had have been dismissive, unhelpful, and not apologetic at all. I thought I'd found a good new retailer to shop from, but it seems that's not the case. I wish I'd checked their Facebook page before ordering. If they don't fix this soon, I'll have to go ahead with a chargeback.
International beer orders
I've been using this online beer provider for over a year now after giving a few others a go, and I have to say, they really are the best and most reliable. The selection of beers from Europe and North America is pretty great, and every time I place an order, it arrives quickly, the beers are in top condition, and the expiry dates are always far in the future. I can't speak highly enough of Beer Hunter for their outstanding service.
Low alcohol beer

I had been struggling to find the exact brand I wanted at other shops, but I was pleasantly surprised to see it stocked at Beer Hunter. Ordered on 22/12/23
I placed an order on the 22nd of December 2023, but I still haven't received it! I tried to get in touch with them, but there was no one available to assist me. They didn't even mention if they were operating over Christmas. Also, there were no tracking details provided. It's really disappointing! I wouldn't recommend ordering from there if you're aiming for a special gift to arrive by a specific date!
Beer selection
I had a great time at Beer Hunter recently. I got in touch with their customer support to ask about their beer selection and was helped by a lovely lady called Sue. Sue was really helpful and took the time to answer all my questions politely and professionally. She even asked about my tastes to give me more info about the beers they had. Thanks to Sue, I found exactly what I was after. I'm really grateful for her excellent customer service and knowledge about beer.
Beers and a glass
I recently ordered some beers and a glass from this place, and I got sent the wrong glass. But when I told them about the mistake, they quickly mailed me the right one by first class post. I was really impressed with their excellent customer service. The beers were delicious, and the quality of the product was top-notch.
Brandy gift set for Christmas
I recently treated myself to a brandy gift set for Christmas from this online shop. I have to say, I was really impressed by the quality of both the product and the service. The set came with a bottle of brandy, two glasses, and a personalised wooden gift box. The delivery was super quick and efficient, and I liked getting regular updates on how my order was coming along. The price of the set was really good, especially when compared to others that were selling just the brandy for the same cost. Even though the wooden box might not be the fanciest, it's a nice addition and makes the gift look even better. Augistiner beer purchase
As a regular customer, I'm gutted that I can't bring in that beer from Munich anymore because of Brexit. So, that's why I turned to Beer Hunter. The whole ordering process was easy peasy, no stress at all - cheers for that! And let me tell you, that beer was the real deal. If you're familiar with Augustiner, then you know exactly what I mean.
German beer selection for visiting relatives
I bought some German beers from Beer Hunter for my relatives who were visiting recently. They were keen on trying some UK beers at first, but it's not surprising that they ended up preferring the German ones. My cousin even said it was the best beer he had all weekend! The delivery was quick and the packaging made sure that all the bottles arrived in one piece.
Changed my delivery address
I had to make a change to the delivery address for my beer, and the company kindly accommodated my request. They were really flexible and friendly. Thanks to their great service, my beer arrived right on schedule, and I was a very satisfied customer.
5-star purchasing experience
The buying experience was really good, no problems at all. But the delivery was a bit of a nightmare. The first try was a disaster, the driver somehow dented my bin when dropping off the package. Thankfully, the next day's delivery went much better.
Variety pack of craft beers
The craft beer selection at this place is really impressive. Every bottle was nicely displayed, showing off the quality of each one. The delivery was quick and they kept me well informed about my order. However, I think a few things could be better for an even better experience. Firstly, it would be great to use paper tape instead of plastic tape to seal the box for environmental reasons. Also, using smaller boxes for fewer beer bottles would be more practical. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place.
German beer purchase
I've always loved the taste of beer that comes straight from its home country, rather than the versions made elsewhere. So, when Oktoberfest started in Germany, I just had to try the real Munich speciality. Thankfully, Beerhunter had the perfect selection of genuine German beer, giving me that authentic taste that made me feel like I was right in Munich. Cheers! High expectations, disappointment
I had really high hopes when I decided to place an order with your company because I had heard so many good things about your products and service. Unfortunately, I have to say that I've been quite disappointed with my experience. The ordering process went smoothly and everything was efficient, but the delivery of my order has been a complete disaster. It seems like my order has just vanished into thin air. I've tried getting in touch with customer service multiple times, but I haven't received any response or explanation. The lack of communication and transparency has left me feeling really frustrated and let down. Even though the products themselves look amazing, the way orders are executed and delivered has been really poor. There's definitely a lot of room for improvement in this area, and I really hope that things will be sorted out in the future.
Two boxes of beers
I bought 12 Mixed German beers and 12 wheat beers for my son for Christmas. They duly arrived without the promised bottle opener. I e mailed and was told they would add it to the order. No bottle opener !
I received a note from the post office asking me to pay £1.50 postage for parcel. I didn’t know what it was. I paid the fee and the bottle opener arrived today. I AM FURIOUS
