I first tried the Chicago sauces at the One of a Kind show and didn’t expect much. The flavour surprised me, rich and not too kitsch. I bought one box and then realised they'd make great presents, but lugging five boxes was a no-go. Lance let me collect extra from his office in Chicago. Really kind, saved my back and day, glad I did.
