I bought a bottle of whiskey from Drink Supermarket recently and I have to say, it was a really easy process. Ordering was simple and I liked that they kept me updated at every step. What really impressed me was the personal touch - they actually called me to double-check my order, which you don't see often these days. The service was excellent and I felt like a valued customer. Competitive pricing, reliable delivery
I recently bought some drinks online from this retailer and I was really impressed with how cheap they were and how quickly they arrived. There's so much stuff to choose from and it's all really reasonably priced. My order arrived right on time, just like they promised.
Apricot Brandy purchase
I was really pleased to see that Apricot Brandy was on offer for a good price at Drinksupermarket, especially since it was either hard to find or overpriced elsewhere. My Dad really likes this brand, so I was excited to be able to buy two bottles for him. The whole ordering process went really well, and the delivery was fast and the packaging was good. I'll definitely be shopping here again because of the great service and prices at Drinksupermarket.
Drinks
I ordered some of my favourite drinks and they arrived really quickly and safely. The only annoying thing was that the boxes they came in were way too big. I mean, they put 24 bottles across two huge boxes when they easily could have fit them all in just one. Such a waste of cardboard. But hey, at least the drinks were delicious, so not all bad.
Multiple orders
I've placed quite a few orders with this supplier, and I must say, I've been really impressed with their service. The website is so easy to use, the payment method is quick and smooth, and the deliveries always turn up on time. I haven't had a single problem with any of my orders, so I'll definitely keep coming back as a customer.
Wrong item received, delayed delivery
I'm a customer at Drinksupermarket and I had a bit of a nightmare with my recent order. They sent me the wrong item initially, so I ended up waiting nearly a whole week for the right one to arrive. It was really annoying, not to mention the hassle of having to wait for them to collect the wrong item before my correct order could even be sent out. All in all, it was a pretty disappointing experience that has left me feeling really dissatisfied with their service.
5 wines and a sherry.
My order was stated to arrive before 6pm on a Thursday. Despite receiving occasional updates that it was out for delivery, it didn't show up until 8.30pm on Friday. Since the whole Covid-19 is a serious issue though, I can overlook this, though FedEx tracking is almost non-existent. The driver was pleasant though and chatted to me about my cat. However, upon opening the box, I noticed that one bottle had not been included. Judging by the red staining all over another bottle (a half-size 2011 white, mores the pity) and the very damaged receipt, I can only assume it shattered and was removed.
In short, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.Drinks selection
Ordered on 24/3/20 paid for 5-7 delivery which was expensive. I had to ring them after 2 weeks and was told order would be delivered 7/4/20. Still not received it. Even in the current situation this is not acceptable
3 hammer cider
I have been customer for drink supermarket for long time but few months ago customer services has been really bad I emailed and messaged their site but no one had decency to reply so ok then about a week ago I ordered my normal order which is usually 13.89 a pack now up to 14.99 a pack and add the delivery charges I’m just as cheap to buy from local shops really not happy with them. I used to give them really good reviews but in recent months went downhill for me I even put in complaint about increase in what I buy never replied didn’t really expect them to local shop for me from now on
Great quality in beverages
